Kenpo Cardio Plus is done! Sweating my *** off! Today was my first time trying it and I love the change-up. I hope I can do it one more time before I mail it back to DrewSicle.

I held the 5# weights the whole time, but did skip one exercise; the second set of Gladiators. The jump kicks were rumbling my stomach. I just ate 6 boiled eggs literally minutes before starting.

Also, I can tell that I've been low carb/calorie this week. I'm crashing and I never crash on OxyECA Black. I'll probably up my carbs a little the rest of the day so I can make my two-a-day tomorrow.

Went for a little higher cals and carbs yesterday because I've been exhausted, but pretty sure I still took a deficit. I did yard work all day. Gonna stay <2000 again today and reload tomorrow.

I know my protein is low, but I went for low sodium to take progress pics. The sugar is from grapefruit juice and a medium apple. :/

Yesterday I did Yoga X and took my kiddo and his friend on a 9.17 mile bike ride, the. I came home and cleaned the pool, etc. etc...

I plan to take an OxyECA Black right before church. Not sure if that will be pre or post WO. Tomorrow I will take a day off from my stim. It's my first day of work and I don't want to be running around like a crack head. ;)
 
I don't know exactly yesterday's eats, but I was wayyyyy low... But, I ate about 5K Sunday!

No OxyECA Black yesterday as it was my first day at a new job. There will be a mixture of office work and driving while in training, so I will not exceed one pill a day again. I would go nuts with the energy if gives me sitting in front of a computer. That may not be the same for everyone, I've just always been sensitive to pills.

Anywho, I woke at 0400 to get my workout in before work. Today I will take my OxyECA Black at lunch time. I want to go back to taking it while fasting in a couple days.
 
I took one OxyECA Black yesterday at 12:45; right after eating. We were riding around all afternoon during my training and that drive me freaking nuts with as much energy as I had, but it looks like I have to get used to this.

I counted my OxyECA Blacks this morning and I have only 5 left. :(
Definitely going to use this again after my upcoming bulk.

Today is Shoulders, Arms, and Abs day. I plan on taking only one at lunch again as I know my energy is driving the guy who is training me nuts. Then again, he's a lazy azz anyway.
 
I've been super busy during my first week of training. My OtterBox broke so I can't do screen grabs of my workouts, and I haven't had time to use the PC to grab pics. So, the last two days I logged my non-P90X WO's in "Notes" instead of Jefit. (Jefit is awesome FWIW).

Thursday I took the OxyECA Black x1 at 12:30, and today I took my first at 10:30. As soon as I knew we wouldn't be going back to the office I felt ok with having crazy energy. ;)

Don't you love it when people take your stuff. I try to ss like 3 exercises at a time, with under 30 sec rest. People time my sets, so they can swoop in and steal my bench lol.

I saw the sad face by deadlifts. I did deadlifts for the first time in years yesterday. I didn't plan on it, but I ran into a guy at the gym who wanted me to jump in. I stopped at 310lbs x 2. I didn't have straps, and my wrist was bugging me. After no deadlifts in years, I feel no too horrible today lol. I don't feel great either though.

I've felt weak the last two days. I'm chalking it up to waking up way early and not taking breaks between sets like I used to. I wish I could find my old straps!
 
I came home from work and did my p90x exercise (chest, shoulders, and triceps) after work. I'm still impressed that I can have the energy to do that after work, and after waking up at 0345.

I (think) I am only doing 1 exercise today. Would've done legs + deads if I had taken Sunday off. So, Plyometrics after work. I did it early last week and the jumping woke my wife up. On the bright side, I slept an extra hour and a half today!

I'll post at lunch what time I take my OxyECA Black. We have a conference this morning and I am still too new to high-jack it with my energy. I'm hoping I can take it around 0930 so I can get a solid 2 hours until my first meal in.

I have about 5-6# of sodium bloat here, but here are my pics. If my diet had been more "on", I probably would have lost a lot more. I am pleased with the results though.

X2 and your gonna love Mass HGH. I would say that after about the 2nd week get ready to order a 2nd bottle. I have noticed the product come on strong after 2 weeks and works really well when 2 consecutive bottles are run back to back. ( just something to keep in mind)
