jay, do you do DC training? i haven't seen those sized tri's since the DC training video.
 
Nah, just regular training. I've actually backed off my tris a little to let my bi's catch up. I did DC for about 4 weeks until every joint and ligament in my body ached. I think most of my tricep size came from Military press, Benching, overhead extensions and cable pushdowns. I never did kickbacks or many skull crushers except on a rare occasion.

wow. they're huge. the lower tricep mass where it hits the elbow is unreal.
