i saw i am legend today it was alright, other than that im gonna work chest but take it easy today as i feel a little weird my diet hasnt been up like it used to and i only got 4 hours of sleep last night so im gonna take it easy and work the chest nicly but not too hard

ok so here it is sorry ive been out for a bit and havent been updating ive been very busy this holiday weekend, veryyy busy.
so over the holidays i got to hangout with my step brother he is a bodybuilder who competes in the NPC (if i remember correctly thats what its called) but it was nice to talk about bodybuilding for hours i picked up a lot of info from him. so basically if you thought things were serious before here is where they get even more serious ive decided to step things up a notch with a new meal plan and perhaps a new lifting routine (lifting routine is still in the works) but as far as meal plan goes i got my kitchen scale working and the woman of the house knows whats up when i bring out "the scale":toofunny: but anyways here is how the new diet is gonna look

meal one
8-10oz turkey/ side of oats

meal two
8-10oz of turkey/ side of veggies

meal three
8-10oz of turkey/ side of fruits

meal four
8-10oz turkey/ side of pinapple (Bromalin to aid digesting)

meal five
8-10oz of turkey/ side of yogurt (fat free)

meal six
8-10oz of turkey/ side of veggies

i did the math it will be over 5k cals a day and over 500gr of protein so im gonna start off at 8oz of turkey each meal and work my way up to 10oz, all meals will be taken with water lots of it, i know when i get my meals on point it wont be that hard to take in the 5k cals ive done it before timing is key with this one and being ecto gains should come pretty quick and nicly but this will be some effort once im at 6 meals of 10 oz of turkey im gonna add a 7th meal in and go back down to 8oz each meal then work back up to 10oz. i hope chloresterol doesnt sky rocket too badly lol and on the 7th day of each week will be strictly fruits and veggies pasta etc and days 1-6 of the week back to turkey! wish me luck as things now are going to become very exciting. its time to man up and eat up!:food: rpm and drive still going good im thinking about dropping the rpm to be able to eat more cause the rpm does supress appetite for awhile and plus my bottle is almost gone but i will be keeping up with drive! i plan to keep usuing drive for at least another month.

yeah but my arms dont show it :-( still rolling on 15 and 1/2s but cut ones at that but my goal is to get to those 17's one day in the near future

the workout ended up being 2 hrs long a little too long if you ask me after my workout i proceeded with my 100gr of WMS with 15gr of bcaas, im home now i ate 8oz of turkey and two slices of lasagna. and a half cup on cashews. hopfully tomorrow when i do legs tomorrow i can get things done within 50 minutes i plan to do 8 sets of squats and 8 sets of leg press, STAY UPDATED weight......drum rolll....... to be updated in one week :-D

so tonight on my way home i picked up 2 17lbs turkeys its time for some serious lean bulking!!!! i figure each turkey will last me a week and some change. next weekend im gonna post some udate pics i hope to put on 5lbs of muscle this week with my turkey bulk. i bought 50 ziplock bags sandwich size im gonna fill each one up with 8oz - 10oz of turkey...Then its GO TIME BABY!!!! does anyone feel eating this much turkey for a month will be a bad idea health wise?? does anyone suggest i add certain vitamins to help digest etc??? the only thing i can see is a raised cholesterol. but looking to hear from anyone who has ate this much turkey before.

also last night i got really drunk for the first time in months and definatly the last time because the entire time i was drunk all i could think about was how ****ty im gonna feel tomorrow and how this will interfere with my progress so im calling it quits with the alchohal for awhile, to be honest i dont even enjoy it as much as i used to. so for these next 2 days i am gonna re up on anti oxidants and multi vitamins to clear my system of this alcohal
 
sorry ive been slow with the updates past week has been hecktic where some days id be up 24 hrs straight and only get 5 hrs of sleep....thats work for you:rant:. anyways its been like that for the past 2 days but tonight will be a nice long rest im gonna try to get a couple hours of sleep in this afternoon if possible. tonight is legs will update later tonight, i think its pointless listing my last 2 workouts 2 reasons 1st reason is because it was basically low weight high reps and reason 2 my food just finished cooking lol

i couldnt hit up the regular bench press because my right wrist is all ****ed up again wayyy ****ed up the bar just resting on my hands when i lift up hurts my right wrist somthing happend so im gonna go to sports authority (sports store) and pick up some wrist bands tight ones and see if these helps and ill wear them all day and i think ill start taking MSM and glucosamine. ANY OPINIONS ON THE WRIST JOINT ISSUE????

yesterday was arm day every set and every rep was pretty much slow and concentrated i didnt bring my pen and pad so i do not remember the numbers yesterday although they were good no records as i was taking it easy because of my wrist
 
damn im having some poor workouts latly i believe its me not being able to get the gym early enough, i worked back yesterday and did about 2-3 sets each exercise it was pretty sad but pumps were unbelievable and unbearable i just incorporated anabolic pump into my stack and its only been a day i believe it may have somthing to do with the pumps anyways today im gonna work legs or chest still deciding probably legs considering i worked back yesterday, and take a break tomorrow then hit it up sat then break sunday. also last night i threw up everyywhere so i havent been feeling good but it was definatly somthing i ate things are good now so i guess we will see what happens
 
OH boy my bad workouts are a thing of the past i got myself in the mindset so well yesterday, i found out a secret mars volta (the band) :toofunny: but anyways it was very sick i think my workout from last week high (25+) reps low weight moving up to high weight low reps (4-10) made my legs growwwww, the numbers are amazing, not only that the only thing i was unhappy about is i took long breaks between sets around 5 minutes i just wanted to make sure i gave it my all, i know they say ninty second to 2 minute rests but does it really matter since im ecto???. anyways to the numbers!!!

i was impressed by my bench today because i havent benched in months due to my wrist, im hoping for 315 for 4 reps by may or june april would be nice :-), everything else with the workout i was basically just trying to hit the chest hard! i tried to go heavy on incline like i did last week but i couldnt make the same numbers probably flat bench got me winded, next workout ill hit decline first and switch it up every week.... incline.....flat...decline and rotate ya know?? anyways tomorrow is my off day and i got furnature coming to the house tomorrow so i gotta get some sleep,
later!!! oohhh also pics tomorrow ill post last pics with the new ones

i never really benched i always worked chest with dumbells and i still dont really bench unless its for incline, but when i did bench almost a year ago it was around 185 for reps

Alright I see. Thats pretty sweet though. I would love to be able to put those kind of numbers up. It will be a year or 2.

My T-levels are too high so this stack wouldnt really help me.

your avatar looks like you can put up atleast 315 u look pretty built in that pic, im gonna update pics later today when i can get around to it so stay tuned, also ive been usuing java soap for the past 2 days and already see a difference in the appearence of my skin, but dont worry man just keep going and youll get there... it took me 4-5 years to get where i am i just never gave up and now knowing more about nutrition and dieting my progress has been sped up, so i hope to hit a 400lb bench by the ending of this year (fingers crossed!)

haha well that was after a workout. But thanks. I'm aiming to rep 230lbs by end of feburary. Yea the Java lather is truly amazing. thats bodybuilding. years and years of hard work. 150lbs+ on your bench is a good goal to have. It will have you workiing your tail off for 12 months.

i think im going to take another rest day today depending on how i feel i got hit hard with this nasty cold and its clearing up i just wanna get it over with, but if i feel the power tonight im gonna hit up back and shoulders with some shrugs in the mix. I NEED TO GO EAT its already 1pm and all i had so far today was 700 calories what the hell do I think this is!!! lol later!

also i highly reccomend Anabolic pump it has been almost 7 days and has been giving me skin taring pumps! seriously

try doing this.

135lbs x 10
185lbs x 8
225lbs x 4
280lbs x 2
315lbs (as many times as you can since you will have plenty of energy)
 
ok so i hit 315 for 3 reps, which was awesome

i coulda done more if i didnt do 6 reps on 280 i shoulda done what you were talking about RR, as far as my workout goes i forget a lot of it but i know id remember if i put some thought into it but im soo exhausted so im gonna go to bed but ill post it tomorrow i just wanted to let everyone know i hit the 315 mark!! anyways heres a pic of me in the gym today reppin my nutraplanet shirt!

How much are you weighing these days? So when you started this stack, you didn't know if you could hit 225x1, and you now hit 315x3? I just got RPM, Drive, igf-2 and Neovar. Im going to start in the morning. Currently Im 5'8" @ 170, BF unknown. I can get 225x6 most of the time, If I could get up to 275x4 I would be stoked! The only other staples I have are fish oil caps, a multi, jugs of muscle milk, and super cissus RX.

You look like you put on some good size, I hope I have some good results from this stack.
