yeah but my arms dont show it :-( still rolling on 15 and 1/2s but cut ones at that but my goal is to get to those 17's one day in the near future

i finally was able to tolorate my wrist today so i went with flat bench which i havent done in a long long time so here is how my workout panned out.

i was impressed by my bench today because i havent benched in months due to my wrist, im hoping for 315 for 4 reps by may or june april would be nice, everything else with the workout i was basically just trying to hit the chest hard! i tried to go heavy on incline like i did last week but i couldnt make the same numbers probably flat bench got me winded, next workout ill hit decline first and switch it up every week.... incline.....flat...decline and rotate ya know?? anyways tomorrow is my off day and i got furnature coming to the house tomorrow so i gotta get some sleep,

How much was your Max bench press before you started this log?
i never really benched i always worked chest with dumbells and i still dont really bench unless its for incline, but when i did bench almost a year ago it was around 185 for reps
Alright I see. Thats pretty sweet though. I would love to be able to put those kind of numbers up. It will be a year or 2.
My T-levels are too high so this stack wouldnt really help me.
your avatar looks like you can put up atleast 315 u look pretty built in that pic, im gonna update pics later today when i can get around to it so stay tuned, also ive been usuing java soap for the past 2 days and already see a difference in the appearence of my skin, but dont worry man just keep going and youll get there... it took me 4-5 years to get where i am i just never gave up and now knowing more about nutrition and dieting my progress has been sped up, so i hope to hit a 400lb bench by the ending of this year (fingers crossed!)
tomorrow i am going to be working chest and im going to be going for my max on flat bench which im hoping to hit 315 WISH ME LUCK
