Next set of pic's i'll definitely do that i just need to find a good place to put my camera, I'm so pale that without light i look like a white piece of paper haha sucks, i plan to tan next year!

Haha LMAO. I hear ya bro. I actually made it a point to get some sun during my log so I didn't look like casper in my progress pics. Also, a little color helps show that hard earned definition.

I'm definitely gonna figure something out i really don't want to lay in a tanning bed but if it helps i'll do it. I am seeing more vascularity it's starting to pop out more for the first time ever i'm really excited to see what i look like in a few more weeks.

Nope, not really a need for it since i burn about 1200-1500 calories per workout. But i have been skating a lot more lately so that helps too!

Yeah i agree, i don't think i've ever touched DAA either so it definitely should make a difference, Gonna be a really good log!
 
Didn't get to skate today :( Friends are all busy or want to go to the bar tonight for some reason. I don't see much of a point to it i don't have a ton of fun drinking it's fun for about the first 2 hours then it's just boring. Another note is i plan to switch to a Powerhouse gym after my member ship is up (which will be around April or so) Excited for this because it's about 10x bigger than my current gym and has a bunch of machines and such I've never used!
 
What is your cup of tea for skating? Bowls or street. I was more of a street and half pipe rider myself.

Both, honestly i love skating mini ramps and skating stairs/ledges! That's sweet we've got like an AM skate team set up pretty much.

Holy crap i used to skate back in the leg from 14-18-actually broke my foot sk8ing in memphis grinding a ledge 4 days before my eighteth birthday. It was one the first sports I dedicated myself to fully . I sk8ed about 3 hurs per day everyday, even in winters when cold outside with a best friend , whos on my facebook. Long time ago

I still got about 200 $ or more(sold some of them) worth of sk8 videos from the mid-late 90's . I met Ed templeton , Kareen campbell, colin mckay, willy Santos Kareem campbell, Ed;s wife Deanna, and a bunch of other pros at the sports and music feast in memphis Tn 1998

This is so awesome, i never got a chance to meet any pro's that must have been awesome. I miss it a lot but i'm worried i'll break something easier now since i weigh more :(. Those huge vert ramps freaked me out though. Was so fun, i still do it but just basic tricks with lower chance of injury.

If we ever hung out or went on vacation together(yes I realize we are far away and that might be unlikely) that is a commonality we could do, go to a skate park. I like to go on vacation every so often, i usually visit a friend and he puts me up in his place and usually around the beach- Daytona beach area is off the hook for vacations for fun , partying in my experience

Hell yeah, never been to Daytona beach before. I've been all the way to cali in a roadtrip last year with my dad and step sister, It was awesome. Never really got a chance to do a bunch of good partying haha
 
yup like drive on the beach with your SUV. done that in 2000, great trance -dance clubs...and well some unmentionable stuff haha

Lucky you! Aren't you always on vacation though i mean you do live in Puerto Rico :P Yeah the pic's don't show too much but i know it'll sneak up on me and all of the sudden see dramatic results. Thanks! I will :D
 
Talk about improvement!! SICK workout, i'm so damn happy now i get to lean out and gain strength simultaneously! From now on all back movements i'm going up to 20 reps, it seems my back grows a LOT better in that rep range. I've currently been on 6-20 reps but seen slow progress but now i'm literally seeing small changes each week. Especially in my traps (area i want to improve) I keep visualizing Johnnie Jackson's back everytime i train now, for those unaware Invalid Link Removed Besides the higher reps i REALLY see an improvement from fascia stretching, my strength is improving at an even greater rate and the pumps are 10x better!! I highly recommend this i love it! Will post workout later
 
Oh i also incorporated drop sets into pull ups and damnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn was amazing. Helped with the stretching too! Craziest arm/forearm pump ever! Switched out rope rows (face pulls) for a wide grip handle i feel it 10x more in my middle back! Even though today's workout was 3.5 hours i felt great afterwords, My body loves this training!

I know right? Guys upper body is OLYMPIA quality it's just his conditioning and legs need to be better! Lats are my favorite bodypart (even though i love everything else just as much) but nothing is more sick then crazy lats opening up, It's like wings on a human!

My gym or powerhouse? Mine definitely doesn't best thing there is the power rack (in my opinion) it's a really basic one too but i like it a lot.

Not sure actually, i still gotta go check it out for myself but it just seems like a way better setup then where i'm at now. I still love the place just need more variety.
 
Yeah my gym is like A cheap powerhouse. Just basically a barbell club. I wanna try a powerlifting gym one day.

That'd be awesome, chains and bands are probably the one thing i really want to try.
 
that is what I do at certain times of the year I train lighter and do more reps (for injury prevention) and probably focus on squeezing a bit more and other times when i feel my body can handle it go heavier and still squeeze , although, when lighter I seem to squeeze more and it brings a different look. That said in the grand scheme of things you have to lift heavy to build thick hard dense muscle; dont do t if it causes an injury, go lighter and squeeze and get some chiropractic care and my favorite, ART

Well when i say high reps i don't really mean "easy" ones. It's hard as sh*t! and extremely painful to be honest, i really feel like my back/bi's respond to the best around 10-20 reps. Chest/Shoulders/Tri's is more like 6-12 reps for some reason but I've never tried 12-20 so who knows. I guess i'll have to try it next workout :)
