Despite getting like zero hours of sleep, I had a pretty decent workout this morning. On my way out, another guy complimented me on my physique.

Squats: 225*20 315*12 370*6 (couple of them were weak reps, so we'll say it was 4)

Bodyweight today is 187, but that's a false gain. I was making my famous S'mores Creme Pie for my Church's picnic next weekend, and I had some leftover ingredients. These leftovers seemed to magically disappear. I'm not sure where they went, but once they were gone, I felt really full. :think:

The other week, I decided to try doing pulldowns on the high-pulley cables. Where pulldowns make for an opposing vector @ 90 degrees, pulldowns on the high-pulleys have an opposing force vector @ 45 degrees. This in turn would decrease natural mechanical advantage obtained at full contraction you experience with regular cable pulldowns.

Cardio Workout:
Today, I said "F*ck You Elliptical, I'm using the treadmill."
So I ran (HIIT style of course) on the good ol' mill.
-2 minutes @ 10mph (belt speed tops off at 10, that's why I haven't been using it) @ various inclines so that I can't go for more than 2 minutes (because I can run a 6 minute mile without much issue).
-2 minutes @ 3mph (at whatever incline I was currently at).

Did that for 4 cycles through (16 minutes). I was really distracted by things today. While on the treadmill, I was set facing "Is it a man? Is it a woman? It's Pat!. I still don't know what it was, and probably won't ever know, but you can't not stare at something like that.

After treadmilling it up, I went into the only place in the gym where there's enough room to jump rope. Unfortunately distraction followed me there as well, this time it came in the form of middle-aged trophy wives gossiping and doing retarded exercises with pink dumbbells. I got a solid ten minutes in, but the excessive amounts of estrogen that filed the room had me packing up early.

Overall, I was kinda disappointed with my cardio workout today, but oh well, sh*t happens. :whiner:

I think large doses of 6-bromo become androgenic: my face is breaking out and my hairline looks like it's starting to thin out. My lifts are going up too.

well when i did the ALRI stack and stuff i got the hugest freaking like red zit like things on my waist right by my waist line and havent gotten them since. that area is still discolored really freaky hehe.
 
wich are you taking? HDX2??? how much? either way it will def have an androgenic effect with increased test levels.... i sometimes... no most the time get worse acne on PCT then during the cycle ofdesigners! activate and mass does it to me bad....
 
whats the bromo per dose and how much are you actually taking? i was taking 200mg ed with hdx2..... didnt have all that bad of acne,... just a lil on my shoulders.

Anyhow, I'm taking 5 caps per day.

I just awakened a pus-filled Mt. St. Helen on my nose about 5 min. ago. It was a bloody pusy mess.

can either of you explain this to me. i normally get lots of pimples compared to the normal person who doesnt on their back or something. and since i started my current cycle my back has almost completly cleared up but my chest shoulders are alittle worse. odd or just what happens sometimes? and im glad i aint getting any unnormal facial things or those huge waist line suckas
 
I believe one of the reasons why you break out with zits on cycle is due to the autoimmune effects of (increased) DHT. This is also a theory as to hairloss.
 
This was my first time doing Snatches in a long assed time, so please try not to make fun of my pathetic Snatch lifts.

Snatches: 135*10 155*4 165*1 and 1/2 (couldn't lock out on the last rep)
DB Shoulder Press: 75*11 75*10 80*4
Cable Side Laterals: 40*15 40*15 50*13
Shrugs: 225*12 455*5 405*10 (I don't like to rep single digits on shrugs, so I had to knock it down)
Donkey Calf Raise (Using a dipping belt for the weight): 225*20

It is very hard to move with 5 plates between your legs.

...either way, I am very suseptable to breakouts too. Any changes in my test levels and my skin goes nuts. The only ways i have found to battle it is keep your hands clean and away from your face, shower immediately after working out, use a good facial scrub (i like oil/fragrance free nuetrogena) and some 10% benzoyl peroxide for the acne you do get...
 
just with what I am currently taking (applied nutriceuticals IGF-2 + Anabolic Drive + T-Force) i've started getting some pimples around my nose. What a drag, its been more than 20 years since I had to worry about it. Nice products available nowadays tho :D
 
Cardio today went pretty well.

HIIT up the Elliptical for 18minutes or so (wasn't really paying attention)
Jumped Rope for about 20
Then (in attempt to stay in the gym 'til 5:30) walked a 15minute mile on the treadmill. (There was a girl that came in @ 5:30ish yesterday. She looks like someone who goes to my church at school, and I didn't have a chance to talk to her yesterday, but she wasn't in today.)
