Hammer Strength Bench Press: 270*12 360*9 410*4*1 (again persistant in getting 5)
RG CG Bench/ French Curl: 135*12/90*11 135*12/100*10 185*8/110*6
Smith Calf Raise: 405*15
Bodyweight Today: 181lbs
I'm kinda surpised to see it so low, I've been eating more than usual these past few days.
