Deadlift: 315*12 365*6 405*1
Long Bar Rows: 135*12 160*10 170*7
Hammer Strength Pulldowns: 290*11 320*7 360*5
Standing DB Curls: 55*12 70*8 75*5
Seated Calf Raise: 135*20
Bodyweight: 184lbs
Planned on making my first lat injection this morning (even loaded up the larger pins), but for some reason, everyone and their brother was coming in to the gym this morning. Paranoid, I just injected into the calf.

Your new # to beat is 75lbs for 5. I think you should be able to do it by the next time you lift....I have faith. Until then, enjoy Aaron Carter.
