For those of you that haven't heard of Eric here is a snippet from his myspace:
myspace said:I have been lifting weights for about 20 years, and have been a trainer, contest prep (bodybuilding/fitness/figure) and strength coach for approximately 15 of them. I have also worked specifically in the sports supplement industry for 3 years (with such major companies as VPX and now ALRI) and owned a gym called BodyFX from 1998-2003. When I began training I weighed only 125 lbs at a height of 5'11" but eventually reached 273 lbs as my top weight...although now, my offseason weight is closer to 245 lbs. Oh yeah, and I have been DRUG FREE FOR LIFE! I have been competing in bodybuilding contests since 1989, and earned two Natural Mr. Eastern USA titles, and eventually earned a pro card while still in my 20's in an organization called the ANPPC (All Natural Power and Physique Committee). However, that organization disbanded many years ago, allowing me to pursue pro status in other natural organizations. I now have duel pro bodybuilder status in both the NGA and IFPA. In 2007 I will represent both of these associations on the competition stage! About 7 years ago I developed a training system called POWER-REP RANGE-SHOCK, that I began using on myself and a few very advanced clients (athletes and bodybuilders) in order to test it out. Results were so amazing that I then introduced it on the Internet, and now thousands upon thousands of people are using it all over the world. It is featured on several discussion boards and also has been written about in Musclemag International and Ironman magazine. Right now I split my time as a personal trainer/strength coach, contest prep coach, and writer. I have written about 35 published articles for Musclemag, Human Muscle Performance, and Ironman magazine (and have just been asked to write for a new mag coming soon called CORE). Speaking of Ironman, I am actually on their staff as a contributing author and I have my own monthly column entitled "Muscle In-Sites." Ironman also just recently did an interview with me (conducted by Ron Harris), that will be appearing in the November issue.
