The vaccine thread (WITH FEEDBACK)

They are gonna find a hard time selling this to "anyone".
I will not comply to any health directive ever again (I am in Canada btw).
They forced me to get 2 covid shots so I could visit my Mom in a long term care home (97 yrs old).
She literally has no one else. And forced her to take two shots or leave. They fought with me for months
for more and more shots for my Mom and I (and family).

I am livid and want fkn blood (like Faucci and dozens more publicly boiled) .
The large majority of people I know and am aware share basically the same feeling for various reasons.
 
With the exception of me putting on a mask out of respect for my customers (if they ask) going into my customer's homes. I will not comply with anything else. I'm not putting a mask on in the grocery store, I'm not standing 6ft away for social distancing. None of it. Anyone who's not directly paying me to do a job will get zero compliance and I honestly will probably get arrested if **** happens like last time.

the gal who picked us up at the airport Sunday night told us her son (my age) was in the hospital with breathing issues. its his heart and lungs. we felt horrible and hope he does well. She blamed the shot! the interesting thing is, she and her son both had multiple doses. But even I bet 1/2 of the people I know who got the vaccine hate it, regret it, and blame it for everything. the other 1/2 are usually at no kings protests lol.

I agree with you, and have complied to that extent, but it makes you feel like a cuck. Almost got into more than one bar fight cause dude sitting at the bar with no mask was screaming at me for walking out the door without a mask on. cause it was only safe to be maskless in bars and restaurants once you were seated. dumbest fuckin' ****.

The former top health official said he was invoking the 5th Amendment to avoid the possibility that Republicans might try to prosecute him for perjury.


This turd is completely shielded by his pardon, so in theory he can speak freely without liability. I suspect he's not speaking out of fear of punishment, but only fear of damaging his own reputation.

My question is if his pardon was signed hy autopen, can it be revoked by Trump? If so, it would be a hell of a trap to get him to speak today, then revoke his pardon. Lol

not easily, I think it may require a congressional act. its still a topic of controversy...
 
From what I understand his pardon excuses him of any action he took then, but if he lies today he can be prosecuted for that since the pardon can't go forward from the date of it. Lets hope he slips up and says something stupid today.

I just looked into it, from what I understand, the auto pen doesn't change anything and trump can't reverse it. It said......

"Legal experts and constitutional scholars agree that the US Constitution pardon clause does not require a hand written signature" and " a fully finalized presidential pardon is permanent and cannot be reversed"

I'm sure there's a loophole somewhere but I can't find one that would make sense. They all involve the pardon not being finalized
 
Here's what I recall from when he was pardoned

A UT reader argues that by shielding Fauci from prosecution, the pardon actually forces him to answer the questions Rand Paul and other senators asked him today:

If there are any legal eagles in Trump’s administration - there certainly didn’t seem to be in the first administration, at least between the 2020 election and the 2021 inauguration - they should be able to force Fauci to testify or at least punish him for not doing so.

A person who has been given immunity or a pardon cannot invoke the Fifth Amendment in response to questions directed to the actions that the immunity or pardon covers. Since Biden’s pardon was, to my knowledge, blanket, there is no legal jeopardy to Fauci at all for any actions taken prior to the pardon. Hence, no Fifth Amendment rights.

And you can’t pre-emptively “take the Fifth” because you’d like to perjure yourself. It’s just not available for that.

Fauci should be held in contempt of Congress and the DOJ [Department of Justice] should prosecute him for that. Ideally he should be held in custody until he purges the contempt by testifying fully and truthfully.

my understanding is that Rand is pushing for a vote of contempt against Fauci next week, now, because of the reasons you posted-
