been wondering where everyone gets their wod programs from. One day I'm going to have to set aside a month and give this crossfit a go to see what all the fuss is about.

Legs were shot. Felt very under the weather for this one.

I didn't have enough sleep and couple that with a non stop workout for 10mins is a recipe for pain. Thanks J

Yes that is a bad combo. I am however, relieved as I thought you were implying a sickness setting in. Get some sleep bro :-).

Great energy. Just off the coaches speed of 16:01 which is great for me being newish to crossfit.

Finished max pump and creatona but my new stock will be here today so there is another 4 weeks of hell raising to do.

So stoked with my current progress and the capacity I'm putting out

I'd say a little bit of both bud. That looks like a grueling workout and I'm sure you probably pushed a bit harder as well!

Big workout today. Absolutely spent but drove through it all...

Endurance was super today.

Held my HSPU holds for 25-30seconds each.

The lunges were 15kg plate OH lunges.

WOD:
Used 40kg which is 50% BW. RX'd the workout. Super happy.

Got 7rounds + 13 reps of the 8th round.

That is a lot of work in 25 minutes... you mean business.

Everything I'm doing is helping. No joke. When N=1 and you add stimul8 and maxpump/creatona into the mix, prepare for greatness


I bet it was a long ass 25 minutes too. 25 minute METCONs are no goddamn joke.

It was painfully enjoyable to accomplish that feat.

20 - walking lunges
(Each round is 90 reps)

Completed 5 rounds + 80 reps of 6th round.

Now I can really feel a boost in endurance and energy. Everything is working very nicely. Very veiny and pumped during workout and lasts about 2 to 3 hours post workout, especially after eating carbs at breakfast.
 
Any one with a higher body fat percentage would certainly shred up with this style of program? You must sweat buckets..

I'm sweating SO MUCH!!! Like, insane amounts. Weight is 82kg and very stable

Upped my carbs and still holding weight so im super stoked

Crazy energy and endurance. Just keeps getting better and better. I would say that max pump has most benefits over an 8 week cycle. I feel that 4 is too short as it takes about 1 week to saturate the cells.

Very much loving this combo
