6/2/14 Strength: 5-3-2-1-1-1 OH/S Snatch * Worked up to 1RM @ 65kg * * WOD: for time 9 Snatch (60kg/40kg) 50 burpees 15 snatch (60kg/40kg) 40 burpees 21 snatch (60kg/40kg) 30 burpees * Time: 16:20mins * Very very energetic and pumped.* Just remember t-rex don't like push ups.* My arms were very swole from the pump I got doing the burpees.* Smashed the workout but am really feeling it now. * That is probably one of THE TOUGHEST I have ever done.* Or, maybe, I just went harder for longer which is why I found it tougher.* I can feel my endurance and strength endurance increasing. *
