Training was awesome. Legs had so much lactic acid in them. Endurance pushed me through. Focus and energy was again awesome an consistent.

Very enjoyable session but bloody burnt my legs and shoulders.

Had this prior to my sport. Played from 9am until 4pm

Had constant energy throughout the WHOLE day. No drop off.

Endurance when needed for sprinting to the ball and then when batting was awesome. I seemed to also produce more power under hotter and harder conditions. Whether that is my training and or supps, it is definitely working.

I play in the level just under the level that is required to give piss testing lol.

Very pleased with my results again!!!
 
Sounds like a good day. You are playing cricket correct? Such a long game...my father is a big fan as he grew up in Britain (we moved to Canada when I was 3).

My shirt became a sweat rag. It was like someone just put a hose on me.
 
Today was when I really noticed the saturatiom effects of max pump. My arms were swelling up when doing the push ups with the pump and I had veins coming out like crazy.

Very cool! The pumps are really awesome and the fullness seems to last quite a while after in my experience.

How did the GF like power cleans??
 
My arms are still pumping and veiny after 5 hours.

I'm about to have a slice of Costco pizza as a cheat meal. Family lunch once a year we do it.

After I tought her how to do it. She did get it and she got up to 35kg as she found it easier to get the hip snap with weight on it. I had to help her clean the bar into the rack as she has cleaning it but then racking it in a second movement.

She said that I have now converted her to crossfit. I do both, strength/bb and crossfit so I get a healthy mix of both facets.

It's good to have that diversity that you have. To be quite honest I'm stuck in my bbing ways and quite frankly I think crossfit would kill me lol.

I do however respect anyone who shows the love and drive for anything to do with fitness and general health and well being along constantly trying to improve ourselves.

I did 100 toes to bar plus 135 9kg wall ball (10ft) throws.

Only one to finish the whole WOD AND had equal pressing numbers with the big boys lol.

Just goes to show how well this stack is helping me.

Ok, so 14 people plus myself and 2 coaches did it.

Myself and 1 coach finished the WOD in under time cap.
I got 23:15 and unsure what the coach got.

Endurance and energy is farkin off tap!
