Don't ask how because I could only do 68.5 3RM. I believe I just SMASHED my PR!!! Farkin Ace WOD (15min cap) 3 rounds for time Buy in 50 double unders(150 single) 5 x 60ng thruster 10 x pull up 15 x 20kg ball slams Buy out 50 double unders(150 single) 9.13min. Smashed the time to beat by 47 seconds. Cliffs: Think my session says it all so I can't really add much to it. Endurance and energy/focus is off the chain.

Sounds like a good day. You are playing cricket correct? Such a long game...my father is a big fan as he grew up in Britain (we moved to Canada when I was 3).
Today was when I really noticed the saturatiom effects of max pump. My arms were swelling up when doing the push ups with the pump and I had veins coming out like crazy.
Very cool! The pumps are really awesome and the fullness seems to last quite a while after in my experience.
How did the GF like power cleans??
After I tought her how to do it. She did get it and she got up to 35kg as she found it easier to get the hip snap with weight on it. I had to help her clean the bar into the rack as she has cleaning it but then racking it in a second movement. She said that I have now converted her to crossfit. I do both,
strength/bb and crossfit so I get a healthy mix of both facets.
Warm Up:
Good Mornings and body weight squats
Strength: EMOM (every minute on the minute) 14:00mins
Evens: 7 x Deadlift @ 75% 1RM -------------------------------------------> 150kg x 7 deadlift
Odd:s 7 x toes to bar
WOD: AMRAP 12 mins
7 Power cleans @ 60kg
14 Med ball throws @ 9kg (10ft) with front squat into the throw
21 Kettlebell swings @ 24kg (american style)
6 full rounds
Cliffs:
was smoked after that training. Needed food badly. Still hungry at 4:34pm.
Had 2 small plates of sushi and food intake today has not been well timed as been super hectic busy at work. Did get some whey protein in post workout and some berries 2 hours after that but have probable not even made it past 1000kcals yet today. seriously underfed today.
Still feel good though and energy was just intense this morning. 150 was my old 5RM, now it is my 7RM.
Endurance was awesome.

I did 100 toes to bar plus 135 9kg wall ball (10ft) throws. 15:28mins Only one to finish the whole WOD AND had equal pressing numbers with the big boys lol. Just goes to show how well this stack is helping me.

Crossfit now for 2 weeks only. I am a newbie but I did oly lifts in my normal routine
