Anyone stack HV with designer carbs? Like karbolyn or glycofuse? Or this isnt necessary?

Depends on the purpose of the carbohydrate, when you last ate etc.

I personally don't supplement with carbohydrate powders but would if I were engaging in multiple exercise bouts per day or performing endurance training with longer workouts.

It's not necessary, but I have used HBCD (Glycofuse carb source) intra workout, after taking High Volume pre. The pump from High Volume alone should be outstanding; I just use intra workout carbs regularly.

Which HV + Alphamine flavor combo is the best?

I heard blue frost + raspberry lemonade tastes like blue razz lemonade

I thought Raspberry Lemonade and Paradise Cooler was amazing.. I'll be able to try out this combo today as I have a tub of alphamine being dropped off today...... Gonna rotate between that and Norcodrene... ThermoPump for the win

You can...the agmatine and amentoflavone will aid with nutrient partitioning. But believe me when I say you won't want more of a pump than 2 scoops HV provides. 2 scoops fasted, on a cutting diet, and I go from looking flat to looking balloon-pumped

I shouldn't be surprised because I knew you would help with the design, but DAMN Coop. Without a doubt the best non-stim pump product on the market. Blows hemavol out of the water.

With this product, we didn't want to reinvent the wheel.

There was a gap for someone to create a product which actually used full clinical doses of the well known ergogenic ingredients.

So, we are confident that this is best on the market. :)
 
So; High Volume + BCAAs + SAAs PWO is better than High Volume PWO BCAAs +SAAs intra?

Amino acid supplementation would largely depend on your nutrition schedule.

I personally wouldn't bother with SAAs.

my BCAAs + SAAs are one product. I usually drink it intra, training and recovery has definitely inproved since.

I was just wondering with the inclusion of High Volume to my schedule. If its still fine to drink HV PWO and bcaas intra, or if its better stacking them both PWO
 
I'd opt for AminoIV (pre/intra) over straight up bcaa or SAA's...but be warned, once one goes IV, there's no looking back

Youre going to want to cut my balls off, but, I used to take Amino IV by PES, was absolutely awesome, but I do infact prefer Finaflex's BCAA/SAA mix. Please dont hate me, haha

I have both flavours (raspberry & fruit punch) but Ive just ordered some cherry Limade from america :)

I prefer Fruit Punch
GF prefers Raspberry Lemonade

greatest pre-workout concoction i can think of

Aside from the COP this is what i'm thinking. Bit short on dollars right now but soon!!

Is there a point where L-citrulline supplementation becomes detrimental to performance/pumps/vascularity? Or is it simply a matter of diminishing returns?

I've been taking bulk citrulline @ 6g for years and just picked up a few tubs of HV. Curious about what PES recommends.

Mostly diminishing returns, though if you really go high, you may get the squirts

Anecdotally, I always tend to experiment with higher doses on things even though I don't recommend it to customers.

I have combined High Volume with other products to see if higher doses would cause any increase in performance, pump or vascularity. For example adding more citrulline or more agmatine. If it had any increase in benefit I would reserve it's usage for special considerations such as photo shoots, even if the additional benefit was only minor.

Two scoops of HV is significantly better than one scoop for me but there is nothing I have added that surpassed two scoops in terms of tangible efficacy.

So, for my recent photo shoot, two scoops of High Volume genuinely was all I used.

Edit. Nvm my question. Im just gonna dive in and go for two scoops 3x a week.. Tub will last two months for 3 lifts a week. :)

I'm gonna be that guy and run it while doing GVT with accessory work. I'm just asking for painful pumps
