I would like to take the time to thank 1Fast400 and The Solution for choosing me to log the New Xtend Perform.

xtend-perform-supplement-facts.jpg

A little about myself. I am currently finishing up a mini-cut that has dropped me from 186 to 176 in the last 6 weeks. I train 5-6 times per week, mostly depending on how my body is feeling naturally. I train instinctively, so I do not always have a set routine for the week, which to me allows more flexibility in my workouts. I am also including more intense cardio into my routine, to help get me primed for a summer league basketball team I am planning on playing for.
I train at 3am every morning and I do not eat prior to going to the gym. I usually take my pre-workout mixed with aminos.

My Goals for this log are going to be to push my body even harder coming out of this cut, with the help of the New Extend Perform. I have used Xtend before and loved what I felt with it. I am really looking to see how the New Peak O2 really works.
My plan for dosing, I will dose one scoop pre-workout, and then sip on the second scoop during my training. I train for up to 2 hours and do cardio after, so I believe this will be the most beneficial for me in the long run.

Your legs must feel like Jello!!!

If you do any long distance cardio, let me know how this stuff treats you. Ive used about every convenient store endurance drink out there. Also used accelerade, cytomax, & herbalife 24. I find those three are about the same.

In my experience, it takes an hour of intense cardio to test the validity of the drink. Basically, it helps curve the "Wall hitting" experience.

Surprisingly, they felt fine, only minor knee pain, but that went away. If i do will do, going to be using it on days I play basketball, so That will be something I monitor

Yeah, I plan on doing more once it's a little warmer out. Beach sprints suck when it's cold out lol

Your body is too big to recomp.
You don't have enough muscle to do so. Cutting anymore would make you a skeleton. You got to grow my man. You got that huge 61-6'2 frame at 170 pounds

I love the ingredient. I don't release new products often. I'm a big science and study guy. Very proud of the fact that my two latest releases have the possibility of results in 7 days. Very few natural supplements can say that. Improving oxygen use has tremendous impact on working out. Outside of 1 logger, everyone else is seeing results. Super happy with how this has worked out.

If your doing a ton of cardio like mike said you have to eat man..
If the body feels like trash TAKE A REST DAY or a few days and get 100%
Listen to your body...

I know your trying to recomp, and you have very bad issues of the past with being fat. But you can't do a ton of cardio and not fuel the fire properly. It just won't work.
A machine needs rest
The human body has a fine medium of output to input. If you cant put in enough you cant perform at an optimal rate.

Yeah I need to be more cognizant with my body. It was just weird, legs felt good prior to training, then something felt weird. Gonna back off teh cardio a bit and reduce volume on leg days

I feel better doing higher volume with moderate weights. Keeps my body feeling better. Never been a heavy lifter, not built for that

Same here. My hand issues really limit my ability to do low rep counts on most exercises. It's really annoying. Had to spend 30 min scraping my hands last night from trying to do a semi aggressive back workout
