Both workouts I cut rest times down and felt recovered faster. Did H.I.I.T on back day and went harder and longer than before. Body recovering faster after each workout

Perfect to hear. I hit a similar back workout with my coach yesterday in columbus. Resulted in me losing 2 pounds even driving 7 hours round trip yesterday. Goes to show what intensity does!

Great work Brian. Any big plans today for mothers day? Cooking up a storm for mom and some donuts?

Xtend perform has been one of the best staples to my training regimen. It has helped me push harder in the gym, my recovery time has been faster, allowing me to have a higher tolerance to lifting and making workouts that much easier.

They were at 30-45 seconds, now its more fast paced at 15-25 seconds
Try upping the weight and lowering the reps a bit. Throw in variation. Don't slave yourself to one rep range (mostly hypertrophy) want you to get the best of both worlds in your training. Make sure you keep engaging type I and Type II Muscle fibers, so we can keep you growing.

You simply need more calories, which you are afraid to push.
Moderation, enjoy your donuts and ice cream and keep on eating.

First I would like to thank The Solution and 1Fast400 for giving me the opportunity to try out the New Xtend Perform. Perform is different from the original Xtend, with the inclusion of Peak O2. First I would like to say that they hit the nail on the head with this. I had the opportunity to try out the Black cherry Flavor and this was something that I enjoyed drinking every morning. Scivation is known for their amazing flavoring systems and this is one of best flavors I have tried of theirs. I can say, I liked it better than the Mango (a fan favorite).

My performance in the gym based on what this product has done blew me away. I have used BCAA’S ij the past, pre and intra workout, but they pale in comparison to Perform. The Peak O2 helped me lift a lot longer, gave my muscle enough oxygen to recover at a faster rate and helped e push past plateaus. The Peak O2 is a great ingredient in the product, I am really impressed what a single ingredient could do, combined with the great formula of Xtend. Lights out Scivation takes the game with it’s BCAA Performance product.
I do not plan on buying any other amino formula going forward. I am a stingy person when it comes to supplements, I really hate paying full retail for it, but this is something I can buy and have no regrets about it. Perform is going to be a staple in my supplementation going forward.
I cannot speak more highly of a product than this. This too me would score a 10/10 in every category. Gym Performance, Taste, Mixability, Product features, Awesomeness, the list can go on and on. BCAA’S are something that play a crucial part in recovery and the fact that I could feel something actually working within seconds of drinking it made me feel like this is something that is going to change the game.
Scivation Keep on pumping out products like this, I am now a fan for the long run. I cannot wait to see what you guys make in the future.
