I'm counting the total weight Rodja...That would be insane to be able to do that weight per side! Thanks everyone for compliments on my lifting lately!! Everything has been going amazing lately, i've really been focusing on taking my anger out at the gym and the training partner has allowed me to be confident enough to try to lift almost anything lately.
 
Shoulders / Triceps

Smith Machine Military Presses 135x10 / 185x10 / 235x10 / 285x7 w/ dropset 135x14
( Wow, my front delts were poppin!!!!)

Rear Lateral Machine 195x10 / 215x8 / 235x6 w/ dropset 115x12

Front One Arm Cable Raises 20x10 / 30x10 / 40x10 (Really had to work to get my last couple of reps here)

Dumbbell Laterals (FST-5) 45x8 / 40x8 / 35x8 / 30x10 / 25x10

Incline Skullcrushers 115x10 / 135x10 / 155x7 w/ dropset 70x12 ( Strength pooched out on my maximum set but damn was the pump prenounced after i finished the dropset)

Cable Pressdowns (FST-5) 235x8 / 205x8 / 175x8 / 145x10 / 115x10 (The flexing during this exercise was excruciatingly painful today.....GIGGIDY!!!)

Notes:
- Another great workout today
- triceps are trashed like no other right now
- not to much to say about this workout other than i went in and crushed some heavy weights and hopefully stimulated some muscle growth
 
So i'm half debating on a hormonal cycle in the next little while....Any suggestions? Buddy of mine offered some M1T or Superdrol but i'm really unsure about those compared to what else is out right now.

Superdrol and m1t are some of the harshest legal or illegal on the whole body in general.Look at some of the blood work on prohormone forums. Liver ast and alt are hell on both. I do not really see the point in doing any hormones if they cause one to feel bad. Personally I am a beginner at prohormones. I did an hdrol cycle in February 6 weeks @ 75 mgs and gained a ton while on reduction calories.

Are these okay in the organization you are competing in? I was not sure if the NGA allowed last year when i did my show and until I did a bit more research I was hesitate to use.

I do know hdrol can cause a positive for oral turnibol as I am urine tested so no way i am going to use that pre-competition. That is the one thing about NGA I do not understand they allow over the counter stuff and if it causes a positive, no if ands or buts, the competitor is stripped of his title.

I wouldnt touch M1T.
 
If your going into a Natural competition then you shouldn't be using hormonal products of this kind. otherwise it's your decision.
 
Don't worry everyone, I haven't mada a decision. I'm still planning on going into an open competition without testing regardless of whether i use anything or not just so i can see where i stand. I've been mulling over the hormonal cycle as my training partner is planning on doing a cycle of winny and test and i just don't want to be blown out of the water. It's probably just my foolish pride getting ahead of me and i won't use anything but i just wanted to hear some thoughts or suggestions.

Like I said before, buncha FRIGGIN FREAKZ in here!! ROFL

I took a $20 clone of superdrol last year and loved it honestly. I was obviously bigger/fatter and powerlifting some. The weight I was throwing around was vicious. Either route you take, your gonna shed fat and gain muscle if your diet tailors it which I'm assuming it does.

As far as what makes or doesn't make you natural as long as you are not doing anything that your federation does not allow then you aren't getting any bigger leg up than what other's have the option to do. NPC Naturals PH's that have not been banned as of yet are okay. With that in mind if you are going to do a PH make sure it is still available OTC. If in an open competition then by all means if health is not a concern with PH's then there really isn't anything else for you to consider except what you think will benefit your placing in the competition.

You are a BIG dude; you will hold your own fine. Size is not everything, symmetry and cuts count for a lot as well. Then again, I don't compete but not everyone on stage is as big as Ronnie Coleman or the like. Either way, bring something lean and mean and I am sure you will be surprised with the results. DW is proof with proper training/diet/natural supps you can go much further than ever before without going the ph/injectable route.
 
I don't think it is stupid unless I am just too small in July the comp in October is a non tested one. I will be going in hoping to do well based on aesthetics, symmetry and conditioning. If I come in at my best I can compete against anyone pinning or not. It all just depends on if the big boys come in condition or not. I will be smack dab in the middle of my weight class that isn't too bad a place to be.
 
I thought about competing for years, but I don't have the discipline to stay on that rigorous of a diet. Props to those that do.
 
I agree. I am eyeing an NPC show with dudes that will be pinning for sure. I just know that I'm gonna try and put the best product out there and hope for the best.

Lastly, I wanna say there are extraordinary physiques from peeps who pin and yet there are a ton others who pin who cant put it together at all.

Conversely, there are some prime examples of extraordinary physiques from peeps who don't pin and y'all know who you are. Anyway you slice it, its hard mutha*uckin WORK!

CBBF has different levels and is not untill you hit level 3 where you run into all users. At level 1 and 2 even a lot of the users will not look any bigger and better than you. The main thing is conditioning, forget about what eveybody else looks like and only worry what you look like. Just concentrate on you, it will occupy all your time, so you can't spare the time for worry about how big everybody else is. When you diet down your going to think you look small at times, your going to get deflated from lack of carbs. Don't worry just stick to your game plan and push on through. You'll do fine as long as you put in your best effort.

Prepping naturally your going to learn 3 times as much about your body. What you learn will pay off big time in the future, I guarantee.

Had to skip legs this week due to back being tender as all bloody hell and i had a bit of a head cold. So I reset my week and started back today. Will update later with my amazing back / traps workout.

Two Arm Dumbbell Rows 60x10 / 80x8 / 100x6 w/ dropset 50x12 (God I love this exercise for the amazing squeeze and contraction!!!)

One Arm Cable Pulldowns 80x10 / 100x10 / 120x8

Static Hold Of Top Position of chinup for 30sec. and 1min. for the hanging position (This absolute fried my back out and gave me that nice stretch i needed at the end of my workout)

- felt refreshed after a few days off
- feel bad about not getting legs done so i'll head in tomorrow to get them done so i don't feel like a *****!!! Don't want to turn into a flamingo!!!:sad6:
- mood has been great this past week even with a few bumps in the road at home
- after my back was so sore this week, i've officially pulled back squatting out of my workouts for now. Oh well, front squatting has been getting me better results anyway!

As usual I concur with DW on the prep mindset. I was frazzled about a lot and doing it on my own was very intimidating. However I kept looking at myself second guessing last year. I could have stopped dropping weight earlier but did not realize how conditioned I already was. I look back at stuff now and see I was in better shape than anyone n the show a month out from it. May be the same case on this one but I will play with a few things if that is the case. Enjoy your first prep bro, be amazed at your transformation and be proud of it and that will show on stage as confidence.

Just cruise, take the scenic route. It's gonna be more like recomp than a cut...

Solid workout Jason. The way I am built smith squats work much better for myself. My lower back gives out before my legs on regular squats.

Wow, can someone get the liscence plate of the bus that just ran my over!!! The DOMS in my legs right now are brutal, which means it's only going to get worse as the day goes on.
