Notes: Feeling dense with all these carbs! The weight was moving freely and I feel really pumped. On lat pull downs, I took off my sweatshirt (was wearing a cut off) and could see my last flaring out... that was kind of cool to see some muscle where I usually feel there isn’t much to show.
Kinda dicked around with arms, just tried to lift heavy ass ****! Now it’s time to stuff my face and prep for a fasted cardio session in the AM! Peace to all my AM brothas and sistas! God bless!
