The Solution logs Major Gains

Don’t sell them. See if it benefits you. It’s not that a supplement has to work on everyone. There are obviously non responders.. Try during a cut and see if you can hold on to your strength.

Major Gains may work differently for you. Or you won't know for sure until you give it a shot. This is just how it is reacting for TheSolution. So try it out for yourself before ditching it:)

Should we really have to increase the dose if this is what your product claims?

Phosphatidic Acid which was able to help produce 5.3 lbs of muscle gains on just 3 days of training in studies with up to a 600% increase in mTOR signaling. Maral Extract which as able to increase working capacity by up to 15% after just 20 days of use. Ursolic Acid which boasted 413% more muscle gains and 5 lbs of fat loss in a 4-week university study.

Some people can't gain 10 pounds of muscle in a year let alone 3 days.
What was controlled in the study!?
What was their dietary intake like?
What was their training program?
How much experience did these trainees have!?

Lol. I didn’t design the product but the numbers aren’t pulled out of thin air. Come on... you should know better.

The 750mg mediator (which is the EXACT same extract/company that muscle tech phosphamuscle uses) was the dose ran during the study. There is tons of positive feedback on this exact same ingredient ALONE (Disregarding all the other ingredients). I haven’t read it exactly but it looks more controlled than what you’re doing. Here is the link and some screen shots if you want to compare.

I’ll look up the maral claim later if you would like. I am sure you can find the ursolic acid claim on Blackstones recomp RX and or Patrick Arnold’s UA product.

Point is-all the claims are founded and grounded in the exact same studies that the major products using the same ingredients. Most of these products have very positive feedback as well.

So I don’t need to a rebuttal as it is obvious the product isn’t working for you (and I really wish it was). However, to act like the product isn’t well formulated or there are unfounded claims is flat out wrong.

I completely agree. The product is definitely not under dosed and for an average male, you really shouldn't have to up the dose or even double dose. The study really doesn't answer any of the questions Solution has asked here as well.

I think muscle tech actually released the same training etc. did you click on the link? I could be mistaken but his questions about training which were definitely addressed in the link (not the pics).

Don’t have much time to dive into it this morning but my whole point was that the claims aren’t coming from assault Labs. They are based off science and studies utilized by the likes of muscletech and Patrick Arnold for a few of the ingredients.

According to the links provided, it is a 3 day training regiment for a test duration of 8 weeks. Another thing to notice is that both groups made significant changes and according to the data charts similar trend in change.

They all came from studies done outside of assault Labs. That’s my only clarification and it has no bearing on whether or not Bob is enjoying the product.

Does it say they were on caloric surplus or deficit or maintenance? I didn’t see that anywhere.
 
This is the G.O.A.T. Of all logs. Every time I open this thread I am amused. Upping the dosage on something that isn’t working at the current dosing protocol is not smart. Research was conducted at x research was not conducted at y. So theoretically I should be able to predict sides at present dosing. I have no way of knowing at higher doses.

Telling some one to eat more as being viable to prove something works is like me creating a placebo and telling ppl to eat 6000 calories a day and guaranteeing weight gain.

If honesty is appreciated then it is what it is and skewing variables takes away the integrity of the log.

It’s clear this product isn’t working for the three on am. At least I haven’t seen any, but whoever said some ppl just don’t get results is theoretically right, just isn’t great odds 3 of 3 are finding nothing.

A lot of products work, some work differently that’s why we do logs. And the creators of this should be happy to see it not working, of course they would’ve preferred it to work, but many, many successful ppl have stated that you haven’t made it til you’ve failed. You go back to the drawing board and rethink things. It happens all the time..

But ppl please keep on going back and forth, it’s wildly entertaining to watch

Not even people on real drugs can see those strength gains. I understand the study as this was done years ago , but I think these claims are a bit of a far stretch, and you even agreed with your statement above

That is exactly what I was getting at . It’s right in your product write up which can be misleading to consumers and customers
 
I know you’re smart enough to know the study was done over an 8 week period but if it makes you feel better the statement IS still in the write up. If you read under the PA section it clearly says 8 weeks. If you failed to see that, read that, or comprehend that I apologize. I don’t think it was intentional but I will try and get the write up on our site updated.

Now we can all sleep at night and move on with our lives and the log.

I've seen those candy bars in the store before but have to restrain myself or i will buy all of them haha. Oreos are my weakness and then they go and make a candy bar with oreos.

Yeah I was expecting major gains too. I agree though u look great but if the product did what it was supposed to you’d be an absolute monster with that training and diet regimen you’re on.
 
I’m just about finished my first bottle. Bought a couple at the opening sale. Literally haven’t noticed anything either. I mean everyone responds differently but considering zero out of the 4 controlled reviews that I’ve seen so far including myself noticed anything it’s not a good look. Especially not for a “military grade” supplement lol. I’m gunna bump up the dose mainly just to finish it off quicker

I have ran a few of them over my years, and have met the guy multiple times in real life. Total class act in person. I also competed with him in 2012 at Collegiate Nationals in Pittsburgh, PA

10 caps a day for 36 days, maybe buy one more... honestly you'd want to go minimum of 10 if you want to notice anything I think... I am starting to get slight benefit of 10 (was originally gonna do 12, but just gonna go with 10 coz of money haha)

But that being said, not too sure if it is worth buying another bottle at the price haha

One bottle a day. (So, you have enough for two days) You’ll want to split it in thirds through out the day. 1/3 with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
