The Solution & Apex Alchemy Lithos

It seems like most of your opinions are negative or don’t actually contribute to the topic at hand. Why don’t you start your own thread about gumbo and teach us all how a real alligator rassler makes it instead of jacking up bobs thread? Wouldn’t that be more beneficial to the community?
Wouldnt all of y'all getting off of Bob's nuts, and letting people have their own opinion. Be more beneficial rather than attacking someone on Bob's thread that has their own opinion. I said it looked good. But, wasn't gumbo, now y'all clogging Bob's thread with attacks on me cause I don't agree with Bob on everything. Sorry . Sorry Bob I apologize, your "Gumbo" looks great. Now back to the sponsored thread.

Let's all take a deep breath and get along, the world has enough bickering and fighting. We all have a common goal !!

My goodness. He just said it doesn’t look like a true gumbo. He didn’t insult the mans cooking. Just doesn’t think the recipe he followed was a true gumbo. We comment on food all the time in this thread. How is that off topic? Are positive food comments off topic?

Nobody is on bob’s nuts and if we were they would be well seasoned, prepared to perfection and drizzled with a delightful peanut butter topping and some cereal with marshmallows.

What's gonna happen here is, every time Bob runs log it gets side tracked with tons of side bs. We all have our own styles of running our logs. For me, as a true natty lifter I follow his logs to a Tee. I feel his logs are honest. If his logs keep getting derailed, one day he might just say f*k it and not do logs anymore because of non sense. Not singling out anyone, but his last 2 or 3 logs have turned into male drama. Opinions are great, but there always seems to be a few that just latch on to just debate. Rocket3015 hit it on the head.

You had me at Peanut Butter

Speaking of Peanut Butter - Spartan Whey Peanut Butter Cup Protein is The Best Peanut Butter Protein on the Market !!

Most logs are more entertaining and fun to follow. You get to see things and become familiar with someone and their lifestyle. I can and have learned a lil sumn from everybody's log. But I personally get a ton of info from bobs log, nutrition. ..Training. ...and if a product is worth my hard earned dollar.

I’am from the South and when We say,’Hey I’am making gumbo. The thought that comes to people mind will be Seafood Gumbo, and the best part is the Roux,The darker,The Better. But they have all kinds of Gumbo. Chicken, shrimp, beef, fish. I think DC, was thinking Seafood gumbo when he looked at Bob Gumbo.

You Right 100%. We need to be discussing True Grit and Gainz! Not Food Porn. Lol!

But Food Porn is the Only Porn My Wife Lets me look at !!

Pumps:
- I have not experienced any better pumps during training since starting 10 pumps a Day

Vascularity:
- Body Comp is steady even with a slight bump in the scale, no real changes to note here

Endurance/Recovery
- I have not felt a decrease in rest times or on a day to day basis. It has only been around 10 days since on the product, but I can not note anything in this department as well.

The only thing I have truly felt is a slight increase in body temperature after applying the Lithos. Besides that I have not got anything out of the run so far. It is still early, but I have to feel or see anythging kick in with my experience.

Love your honesty !!

I do as well, I don't take a lot of supps, i want to spend my money wisely, i usually check Bob's logs for the lowdown before I buy. I wish he could log all of the supps we take, that would save us all time, effort and cash. Keep doing what you do Bob. Oh by the way, do you have a cookbook you could share?

The Solution I am logging Eclipse from Apex currently and wondering if you can give a detail of your physical application observations, ie: location, how fast it dries, smell, residual greasiness if any.

Btw legs especially looking really dry and solid in update pics, impressive hams and calves in that pose

5 pumps 2x a day
Chest , delts , stomach
It dries very quick
No real smell to it

They must be a very different carrier then. Mine doesn’t seem to dry well, at any site. Eclipse does have a nice menthol scent going at least.

You are comparing two different products which could be the varying factor. Mine dries very quickly after applying.
BEAST73 how fast does your Lithos dry after applying?

Nice on decline bench. 100x8 is getting up there for decline. Decline always puts a lot of pressure on my collar bones but it targets my lower pecs so gotta do em!

Most likely your form. You probably lack a proper arch in your back. This will help you tuck your shoulders back, get on your traps, and take all of the pressure on your collarbone/shoulders out of the movement. Think about pushing through your lats on each rep and you will find far better chest stimulation and less carry over to your collarbone/delts

Pumps:
- I have not experienced any better pumps during training since starting 10 pumps a Day and this is coming up to 20 days now of using this dosing method.

Vascularity:
- Body Comp is steady even with a slight bump in the scale, no real changes to note here.

Endurance/Recovery
- I have not felt a decrease in rest times or on a day to day basis. It has only been around 17-18 days since on the product, but I can not note anything in this department as well.

The only thing I have truly felt is a slight increase in body temperature after applying the Lithos. Besides that, I have not got anything out of the run so far. Being that I am 3 weeks in I do not know if I will really experience anything at 10/pumps a day. So far I have not experienced anything that would make me run out and re-purchase the product at the given time.

Please don't take the following as the usual hyper-defensiveness of the product that we've seen before BUT you seem to be the only one getting basically nothing out of the product OR at least the only one to say so/realize it etc etc etc. If you're familiar with these sorts of things there's all kinds of placebo, no-cebo, etc, etc, etc.

Anyway, here's where I aim to set myself apart: 1 I've seen a lot of companies try to blame the logger; I think that's silly in general and even moreso in this case. Read: thank you for an incredibly solid log. 2 I think we've all noticed most companies avoid giving follow-up logging opportunities when reviews that are less than sparkling. I'd like to do just the opposite, in this case. If you're interested and able, once I get a new batch made, I'd like you to try my "Epoch" TD Epicatechin/Laxo/Mangostin product. So far it's met overwhelmingly positive reviews. That's not to say I guarantee it'll be great for you or if it's not that you're lying or there's something wrong with your training or your diet or whatever other defensive nonsense usually gets thrown around. Basically, as a scientist, I'm just intrigued by the anomalous reporting from this subject and would like to attempt additional, varied trials assuming all the appropriate humane/consent issues are in line.

As you know I strive to be 100% honest
I follow my diet and training to a T week in and week out. I post all my workouts and my progress pictures along the way to show how my physique changes during the run keeping all variables consistent.

This is another reason diet and training are not altered. The only thing I have changed during this entire log is adding in your product being that is the only variance so I can gauage it in full

At the end of the day I want to Isolate any outside factor so the only thing that gets attention is the product. This way I know truly how well it shines in a controlled environment.

Appreciate the honesty
