And that ice cream, that's a strong lil cup, haha!!
Limited Equipment here in Columbus. Gotta make due. There are a lot of gyms nearby, but if you know the cards right there are ones which will be an absolute zoo and those who are not as crowded but just as nice.
I should of trained them yesterday at TigerFitness Gym in Cincy, but after a 5 hour drive there probably not a smart idea

Oh yea. Gyms around Columbus during the Arnold Class are a made house. Sooo packed. Might as well not even workout for the next few days:)

Yeah have fun at the Arnold, also I am planning to start trying to reintroduce squatting via some Goblet squats. Great way to get back in and build the core up, as well as prepare my form and thoracic for barbell squats in the future.

Week 5

Pumps:
- I have not experienced any better pumps during training since starting 15 pumps a Day this entire week. I will run 15 for another week as the bottle is starting to get on the low side.

Vascularity:
- Body Comp is steady even with a slight bump in the scale, no real changes to note here. Bloog Glucose and Insulin sensitivity are very good as it has not moved this entire log (81 Upon waking fasted) Tested it this weekend with the same # which is great.

Endurance/Recovery
- I have not felt a decrease in rest times or on a day to day basis.Even with the bump to 15 sprays this week everything is still on par with endurnace and recovery.

The only thing I have truly felt is a slight increase in body temperature after applying the Lithos. Besides that, I have not got anything out of the run so far. Lets see if week 2 on 15 pumps brings any additional benefit

I’ve always found Sunday at the Arnold Classic a good day to go because a lot of companies will be giving the rest of the their samples out if they have any left:) So I’d always stay til the end of the day on Sunday.

Final Review

Pumps:
- I have not experienced any better pumps during training since starting 15 pumps a Day for 2 weeks and 10 pumps did not merit much results. On a future run jumping to 20 may be the best option

Vascularity:
- Body Comp is steady even with a slight bump in the scale, no real changes to note here. Bloog Glucose and Insulin sensitivity are very good as it has not moved this entire log (81 Upon waking fasted) Tested it this weekend with the same # which is great.

I added 1.4 pounds over the 5-6 weeks running the product which is a slow and steady pace without adjusting nutrition

Endurance/Recovery
- I have not felt a decrease in rest times or on a day to day basis. Even with the bump to 15 sprays over the last 2 weeks everything is still on par with endurnace and recovery.

The only thing I have truly felt is a slight increase in body temperature after applying the Lithos. Besides that, I have not got anything out of the run so far.

Overall I did not see anything worth the price tag on the product, but everyone responds and reacts differently to ingredients and profiles on the market. Take my log with a grain of salt just like every review before making a purchase .

Thank you again for following along and supporting me during the experience

Unrelated to the product review, but what do you attribute your Fasting Blood Glucose levels to? I’ve followed since your Vector log, and I think in the beginning of that you were upper 90’s fasted? Now, further into a caloric surplus (unless I missed something calorie intake wise), your fasting BG is low 80’s. I would have assumed the further into a bulk one gets, the worse ones fasting BG would get. Now, I’m not saying worse as in unhealthy or anything, just more so trending upwards.

As always, great detail in your review!

Fasting BG can lower over time naturally as the body becomes more insulin sensetive. Adding lean mass over time can make the body more insulin sensetive, which is what he has done. Increasing calories won't necessarily cause BG to go up; increasing meal frequency combined with carbs in every meal could cause insulin resistance.

Food sources my coach and I are very detailed on digestion and what I eat
Sleep
Stress
Water Intake
All larger factors

My intake hasn’t shifted at all I’m just being cautious on digesting my nutrients and putting my body in the most optimal state for my workouts. If you are not hydrated properly, not sleeping enough, and making sure your GI tract is moving along properly these could add up to seeing it spike. Same with your caffeine intake too. I know a lot of people who intake a lot of stims and have a higher Blood glucose due to it.
