its so true though i 'm pretty much ecto and i look more or less the same - say i was wearing a coat or a baggy shirt now and then. hell i cn still wear a lot of the same things, granted they are tighter in the chest and back now.

I am so sure i was putting on mostly muscle but its hard to say - slowly peeling off the layers of fat and getting some place. maybe next summer? I want to get bigger sure but i want to do it cleanly and i know it is going to take some time.

I have a really hard time gaining muscle eating maintenance cals, but once I overload on a ton of food like spaghetti, hamburger, cheese, almonds, oatmeal and potatoes I seem to gain mass really fast, I just need to figure out a better way of cutting and not losing muscle next time I bulk up!
 
that is my problem too if i load up on stuff like burgers or what ever i will gain mass but at least to me, my fat / muscle still feels like it is thrown off, so I feel so flabby. So i am glad to try out LG IF and see if that is the answer. I dropped a solid 10 pounds of fat / water and gained 2 lbs of LBM in the first month and a half of starting it. (also using a promo run Combusion)
 
Days off were nice, back to work now. Definitely not looking forward to the rest of this week. At least it is Wednesday! :) Which also means it is gym night! looking forward to smashing some weights!
 
very happy with my benching tonight. used a weight i would be happy to hit 6x6x6 and managed 6x6x7 if i had a spot i might have pushed it harder but i doubt i could have squeaked out another full clean rep.
 
less than restful sleep again last night, tossed for a while before i fell asleep, (very lightly too) and then woke up around 3:30 and was up since then.

Yesterday I tried using lighter weights (besides bench press) but slower reps and it worked in leaving me gutted. passed on the farmers walks and only managed 7 minutes of stair climbing (was shooting for 10)

Rather enjoyed my lean beef tacos last night so that was a plus :)
 
Made it to Friday!

One thing I will say and this could jsut be a combination of everything. But I am getting some wicked burping in the morning. Very gassed up on the ride to work to the point of almost feeling sick, (especially if i take my multi at the same time) but once i burp once or twice I'm fine.

I am leaning towards it being a combo thing, becuase it only happens in the morning, - rest of the day I am fine.
 
its that time of the week again. and the results are in. Recomp baby! weight only down .2 but my waist is easily 1/4 inch down! I think the stack is really kicking in now. love it!
 
good lifting the past few days. today hit 8x8x6.5 (end of the 7th was a little sloppy) for bench using my target weight. might bump it up next week.

feeling a little worn out so i passed on the cardio today. not sore just tired.
 
Wow the weekend went fast.

Back at work for about and hour and a half, but am enjoying the first cup of coffee of the day right now :)
 
Not too much to report today. Tomorrow is gym day at least!

nearing the bottom of the tub of Formula-X Probably have enough to get through the week? maybe a little less than that.
 
I am dragging today. Pretty much crashed last night and I still feel it. I was lifting hard and heavy last night but i am not sure if that is it. I don't feel sore at all just like i could sleep all day if given the chance.. Will see how I feel a little later.
 
Feeling a little better this morning. not absolutely dragging but still not at 100% maybe its just the weather.
 
Weekly weight in: Down 1 pound on the nose. waist still going down.

Two weeks in i have to say this stuff works. Diet was more or less the same as last week with some junk thrown in do to time constrants. Also i did next to no cardio.. So any loss like this has to be from the stack. I love it!

And it's Monday again already.

I finished Formula-X on Saturday but should have Plcar-500 this week / next. Figuring I have about another week or so left for this stack. The P-lcar will be added in as soon as I get it.

haven't been sleeping well the past few nights yesterday was more or less up from 1:30 and last night I woke up around 2:30 but did fall back asleep until 4 something..


even with that the gym session was good. nearly a week off of formula-x and my strength was still climbing.
 
I got my bottle of P-LCAR in the mail today! Took my first serving at noon. Not much to say, but smell wise, it kinda smells like vinegar?

Woke up at 2 something again. only this time i was out of bed at 4:30. got into work at i want to say 6:15 and figure i might be here until 6 or 6 tonight... fun fun!

PLCAR isn't a stim so I wouldn't expect to feel anything crazy unless you took it in higher doses for the nootropic effects.

Since your reading comprehension seems drastically impared today, I will break it down to you. Of course this log says Non Stim... because that's what this log is about. If you had bother to read the first post...or pretty much any of it, you would know athat the PLCAR was NOT one of the original products in the aforementioned stack that is a part of this log. Therefore, we are talking about a DIFFERENT produce that was just recently introduced. Try to keep up flexy.

so do we know what forumla X is or was that a beta product and thus the vague name???
 
Formula x is adamantium plus BCAA (DAA and lclt) good stuff :) Agreed that the name is a little vague plus form-x came out soon after

have to start by saying with work and all diet was all over the place, more cheat foods then i would have wanted..


anyways I lost 3 pounds this week. i know with LG you can go a few weeks barely losing any weight then one week bam. waist is down too so i am not to worried this week at least. but considering i was doing next to no cardio, this stack is working wonders!
 
I was in on lean gains, for about a day or two and it seemed fun, my stomach growls often though.

Plus I think the story behind lean gains is to maintain proper hormone balance if I understand it correctly...

See I work mid day a lot and 2 get all my macros in during a work shift is tough. There's days I work 1-930, 1130-8, 8-430; Everyday is different so that may not work for me. I'm just going to try and stick with the 40/30/30 macro plan I got now, but it would be cool to try a diet I can find that would work for me.

Any suggestions B?
 
for me this one has been working great simply becuase of how crazy i get at work its pretty easy to skip meals, so the trad 6 a day thing jsut wasnt goign to work for me.


i agree that the hunger grumbles can get kinda bad on burn days, but you do get used to it soon enough

So when is your feeding time and what's your work schedule...

lol my option would be to make it 4 hours just build into work like if I work 1-930 have the food between 9-5 :( anyway I seem to slice it, it sux.

Maybe by your schedule & feeding time I can get some ideas: what else have you noticed from the diet that u can pin-point on?
 
on my work out day i will eat around 1- 1:30 but on burn days most of the time i fast until i get home so like 5 or 6 depending

pretty good days of lifting this weekend I must say. Nothing earth shattering, but i am still able to progress for the most part so I am not complaining at all.

It looks like today will the be last full day of the Fat loss stack. and then it is just going to be the P-lcar for the remainder


What can I say about this stack? It works! no question about it. Even with a some times spotty diet, and less than planned cardio, I was able to lose more fat than I had been. Yes i was losing while maintaining / gaining LBM already, but now it really did seem to be melting off.

If someone was doing a serious solid cut, I have no doubt this stack would work better than most stim based fat burners.

Cons: Really the only thing i can think of is the cost. but really would you mind spending a little more to get something that is going to work, pretty much gaurented unless your diet and training are completely out of wack (and then nothing would help anyways)? Witht he added bonus of never feeling stimmed out, or crashing, or any other issue that may come up with stim use?

No doubt this stack should be up on NP (if it is I apologize i didnt see it when i just looked).

I'm leaner and fitter than ever, I still have a ways to go (gaining more LBM is going to be my goal for a while because I need more mass :) ) but thanks to this Stack I am closer than ever!
 
just about a 1/2% of body fat lost in a month, give or take of course. not bad at all! now to put on some lean mass!
 
I planned to be stricter but life has that way of throwing things at you. I really wasn't bad, but it was more of just trying to hit the daily calories than keeping everything nice and clean. But truly I giving the work stresses and everything to keep hitting it at that pace. Man you have a great stack right there!
