Received my Hmax and Pmax earlier this week plus the bonus Pmax as stated. Gotta say I'm very pleased as he was true to his word! Thanks Prometabolix!!!!
 
My house hasnt been shipped to in a long time, since I recieved the PARTIAL SHIPMENT that I PAID for already.
No conformation #, which you would think would have been a nooo-brainer with the confusion about the order. Pro, I am REALLYYY trying to believe you, but this is getting wayyyyyyy long and drawn out. I didnt pay extra for a headache, but damn I'm getting one anyway. Pro let me know what you think is an amicable answer to this situation...huhhh.

I also am in the same boat I recived my first order #252,but did not recieve my second #281,and it shipped on the first.:rant:
 
The only answer to your problem is getting your product and thats what I'm trying to do (locate it) if USPS lost it or whatever I will resend one out in the A.M. and provide you with all the details you'll need plus a little compensation for your trouble.

What is going on with this? I have emailed you, with no response and posted in this thread about 5x, all with no response. Why hasnt this been shipped yet? I am moving out of my current residence in a week so would appreciate it if you paid for a delivery method that would get it to me(in the UK) in that time(next thursday to be precise).

At least your parcels have shipped guys, mine hasnt. :(

Pro I did recieve the one order from you it was one hmax with and extra pmax,but i did not recive my second order from you,so maybe this is the tracking number for the order i recieved.My order numbers are 252 and 281.Thanks for trying to clear this up.
 
i recieved my order of pmax about a month ago but the gift voucher i recieved somehow disapeared from my mailbox the other day and its not in recently deleted mail or my old mail and i deffinately havent use it yet. also, i still havnt recieved the extra bottle of pmax yet but it doesnt look like anyone has so maybe i should expect it in a month of so??
i also sent an email saying that i would give up the gift voucher and the free bottle of pmax for a free bottle of hmax, but never got a reply email back. no worries tho. i hope it all gets sorted out sooner or later
 
i recived my free pmax today but still have not recieved my voucher. no biggee, just was looking for an update. my wife occassionally checks my email for ebay stuff and may have deleted it if it was already sent. i apologize but if you could resend me one id be totally happy. its been a long road man but we all made it. you came through on everything you said and i praise you for it. thanks again.

Hey Pro.. maybe a good Ergo clone.... I know the guys love Phera clones ... but Ergo has always been better for me.. it gives the greatest feeling of on and talk about packing on the beef.. oh yeh :bb2:
 
i agree 10000% with ergo clone that has been my fav!!only used it once but i liked it a lot more than phera

also i recieved a gift voucher in my email because i bought the hmax presale but it says it is worth $0.00 i dont under stand i have a code for it and everything. just woundering not a big deal just wanted to clear oput my in box thought i would check on that before i did

If you look at the two posts above yours, they both say that they prefer Ergo over Phera, which is why they are requesting Ergo.

If you are addressing me, my PMax presale order was made on March 20, and I did wait more than a month - it was shipped on May 4.

That's why I included the original PMax presale order number (from the confirmation email sent to me right after I ordered) in my last post. After going through my old emails, I found the ship confirmation, which said order number 140.

Additionally, I did get the voucher, and if you looked at order 426, the other one I posted, you would have seen that I used the voucher, which would mean that I had waited for the PMax and was also supposed to get the free bottle.

EDIT: Not to mention that you could have used my order number to look at my account and see this:

I got the part of my order that was missing.
I didn't get a notification that it was shipping. Hopefully the same is happening to the rest of you guys (i.e. it's on it's way).

Per his word he sent the Thyrogenx I had tried to order some time ago when I could not get the coupon to work correctly. He also sent me another $17 coupon. Now that is outstanding customer service and someone I will be ordering from in the future. Thanks Prometabolix!

Forget it. I give up. It's not so much the free PMax, it was the fact that he promised something, didn't do it, tried to avoid it, and now ignores it. Even after the PMax fiasco, I made another order from this store. However, I will now vote with my dollars by spending them elsewhere. There are plenty of other board sponsors who provide better customer service.

dude, i myself whined alot and did apologize and praised Prom for coming through even if it took a while the man kept his word. even after months of waiting i will order from him again. a man who keeps his word no matter WHAT is a good man to me. PROM.....you may have lost SOME customers through all of this but you gained ALOT of respect with those who understand that its pretty much JUSt you taking care of all this business. Now how bout that promag clone....hehe....maybe?:bb2:

the thing is I never once lied about what was going on, just some people were not patient.

that was the bottom line.

In August I will be 100% all about Prometabolix.

Just helpin my mom shut down her retail store over the next month.

and playing mr. mom as well.

11 month old and a 2 year old is a full time job.

but I got all your backs.
