Well, I just rec'd part of P-Max today. Rec'd one of three that was ordered at end of March and 1st week of April. Not sure why all three were not shipped together, but maybe it was just easier to ship by order # and not combine orders....with all that has been going on, I can see why that would be easier.
But I am getting really frustrated concerning the Citrulline Malate powder and Taurine powder that I ordered way back on 2/7/06, order # 89, and have NEVER rec'd. The cost was not that much $$ involved, but it is the principal. I have emailed regarding this numerous times, and requested here on the forum as well, that this be resolved.
Also, with the order that I rec'd today, #242 , when I placed the order, I included all this info, once again, about not receiving the Citrulline and Taurine, and requested that you include it with this order.
I believe that I have been more than patient up to now and have been kind and tactful in my communications. But enough is enough! I ordered that stuff the 1st of Feb and it is now the 2nd week in May, and I am sure that you have not been waiting for it to come through customs all this time, as with the PMax and HMax.
So PLEASE, just credit my card for the $9.98 that I paid for those two items. The Pmax and Hmax has been pretty much a debacle, but I have not said anything, and have patiently sat on the sidelines....waiting. But to "blow off" a good customer over $10.00 worth of product is just not a "healthy" business practice.
Don't think that all this is not hurting your business because I am sure there are very many AM board members that have been watching some of these threads, but who have not been directly involved with a purchase, so, they have not posted, but would now be skeptical of doing business.
All this being said, I have no ill feelings and wish you and your business well. It is all part of the learning process, and perhaps you will become more successful for it. What really counts is character, because we all make mistakes....it is how we handle the mistakes that counts.
I will not judge you or your character here....each board member will have to make up their own mind. All that I can say is the facts....and that is .... I have placed 4 orders, one in early Feb., two in late March, and one in early April. I understand the problems you had with pmax and hmax...it has all been widely discussed here. My Feb order is still not completed, I have rec'd one of three bottles of pmax, and will have to continue to wait for hmax. You did respond to a couple of my emails early on when my Feb order was "lost in the mail", but have not responded to any of my emails after that. Also , you have not responded to my several inquiries in this thread about the Taurine and Citrulline.
So just refund my card the 10 bucks....again, it is order # 89.
