why i just dont understand why put ARA if its not 40% oil blend .. what is this 10% ( assume im right equates to 50mg) going to do ?

creatine might be the only thing dosed somewhat right

this is also true. But I think that the current recommended use for myostatin priming is for short 30-40 day bursts?

someone better versed can chime in. but in the case of the aforementioned formula, its being used as a pump agent and shouldn't cause any joint issues

That trash messed me up even when I was like 21 and only had been lifting a few years. Crazy inflammatory for next to no results. I wouldn’t take steroids even if they made me feel like that, honestly. Nothing was worth the crippling constant DOMS and joint pain.

haha i love the stuff man and that stuff is like magical if it worked for you and can tolerate it

but i do know people who have said similar to what you are saying and they hate the stuff .. all i can say to those fellas is ... patience PA is coming lol

The first batch always tastes different and better. At least that's been my experience with Outright.

Now because of this, I haven't purchased any Outright bars in almost a year, so maybe things have changed. But I doubt it.

I wrote a post a few weeks ago, critical of Leg Day's NY Punch flavor, but since then the taste has grown on me and now I actually look forward to drinking it. 😄 Like the other LD flavors, it just needs the right amount of water mixed with it. I'll probably add Grape Berry to the que, right after Cherry Limeade.

hitting the right ratio of water really affects how stuff tastes....i usually start on the smaller side and add more until i hit the sweet spot.

Agreed. I stopped purchasing them as well, for the same reason. Which sucks, because I still remember how much I loved the s’mores outright when it was first released.

Now we just need a Haribo Sour Gummy collab with Ghost. That Swedish Fish is as good if not better than the actual candy. Doesn't get stuck in your teeth :D !

I think Ghost should steal Cellucor C4s idea and put out a skittles and starburst flavored energy drink as well :)
