The New Product Release Thread

More from Ghost coming:

The word is Ghost apparently has two creatine products in the works, one being simply described as a “creatine” and the other “creatine+”. Based on the very small amount of information we have, it sounds like the brand is planning on introducing a basic cost-effective creatine, possibly featuring just creatine. As well as a slightly more complex formula, maybe along the lines of Gaspari’s SizeOn with creatine and a few other muscle building ingredients.

I saw some of this stuff at GNC yesterday, is this brand worth looking into?

They're decent. I don't normally like gimmicky companies. Formulas are average but they went open label which I respect. Also like the rewards program. Best thing they have going is that cereal milk flavor. On point for sure.

I tried Ghost Legend, their PWO, for the first time last night and was very, very impressed. I think I may have under estimated the product on first glance. I used 1 1/3 scoop. I felt fantastic, great pump, great energy that lasted the entire 2 + hour workout, not cracked out, no crash it hit faster than I had expected but not too hard.

Warheads flavor was very good, tasted much like MAN GameDay Soyr batch but a bit more sour. (much like sour patch kids vs. Warheads) Mixed very well.

I was very impressed but will give it a few more tries before I put my final seal of approval on it. I plan on rotating it in with my current tub of OL CU.
To be fair, Friday was a rest day and I finally got caught up on sleep and had a day to relax which may have played a small factor in how surprised I was by the energy. My stim tolerance/intake isn't way up there with some of the other guys on the board but it's not very low either. Small cup or two of coffee each morning, 175-350g caffeine (1 or 2 servings) worth of fat burner throughout the day then my evening preworkout (OL CU, Hypermax XT to name a few of the most recent)

All in all I was very impressed with my first Ghost product. I have yet to try their Aminos which I also have on hand. It's also worth noting Ghost protein made it onto the Stack3d Certified Protein list and passed all the 3rd party testing, which to me says something. They stand behind their product and have open labels.

I have to give Afi140 a shout out for hooking up all the products for an awesome price via the supplement auction, he even included a few samples and a free tub of PES Alphamine. Thanks bro!

reviews on the cereal milk flavored protein have been marginal at best...can not confirm or deny. Will not try until there is a sale or deal, $40 something for a 2lb is insanity, especially when flavor is in question.

Bummed I didn't push harder for this idea 12 years ago...I wanted to start with Cocoa Puff Milk Flavor and Cinnamon Toast Crunch Milk Flavor.

I've heard Celery causes cancer tho so I don't eat it anymore. I stick to cigarettes and twinkies to be safe

That's an interesting approach, though expensive nevertheless.

When I want to source carcinogenic compounds, I just wait until some of these newly released pre-workouts go on BOGO.

Hey any mass is welcomed in bodybuilding. Who cares if it's a 20lb myocardial carcinoma!!

CTD has both of those flavors, and a fruity pebbles flavor as well, and I can confrim first hand that both are legit and worth trying, also Muscle Sport International has a lukcy charms, applled jacks, and cookie crisp "like" flavors. All are pretty legit I was refererencing Ghost's blanket "cereal milk" flavor which i guess is supposed to mimick "captain crunch" however, like I said, reviews have been mixed on it and at the price they want for a 2lb its not worht trying at this time.

The issue with these flavors is that they are certainly exciting, and nostalgic, and delicious...at first, but without fail, after 2-4 shakes of the stuff you kind of are like "yeah im not using this everyday". The flavors are good and novel, and maybe nice to have on hand for a specific day you are feeling it, or want to change it up, but I could use something like a PES Select or Animal everyday no problem, but these cereal flavors i might use once or twice a month...

non supplement related off topic, but for the good of the group figured id throw this out there. The Bowtie has proven to be on the of the best investments I have evr made. I have zero affiliation, I just realized again yesterday how much I love this thing, and rememebered id never really provided feedback before.

You have to choose it carefully. The Cocoa Puff milk is actually a pretty good distinct chocolate flavor, though I would probably get sick of the Cinn. Toast Crunch pretty quick too. Scivation was Just starting out, and the last thing you want to launch early in a brand (as I learned from a brilliant businessman) is a low margin protein.

do you wear the all day version or one when you train? care to share thoughts/expand on improvements?

What the heck does this thing do?

What the heck does this thing do?

It's supposed to help with posture and apparently help you maintain good lifting form. Keep the pecs stretched and help prevent shoulder injuries... pretty much what I gathered after Googling it. Curious to see what his experience has been with it because I'm a bit interested/perplexed here as well.

Quake Update....
Quoting 1Fast400

"Quake is shipping this week. Caffeine free will only be available in lemon and in 20 scoop size. Baby step into that market. I love the product. The formula changed 20482048 times over a year. From experiential, results and costs, this was the best product we had. All while trying to have ingredients that could ship worldwide and stay under Prop 65.

It was built to be used with our core Xtend product. I believe people under dose BCAA's. With our competitors often using 2-5g per serve, but flavoring to 16-20oz, many will fall to low to see results. The dose of Peak02 allows it to be stacked with perform, with perform at 1 scoop and get the full 4g dose of Peak02.

You won't be stimmed out of your head and unable to sleep, you won't crash hard, your workout volume will see a significant increase, cognitive function is strong, pump is excellent and you'll sweat your ass off. I think most pre's have been formulated for stim/pump and not actual improvements in workout, beyond that of caffeine. Very excited for everyone to try it. "

One of the few releases I'm looking forward to as of late. Been too stimmed out for far too long. Just need a comprehensive pre to get the job done.

Any word on what kind of cereal milk it is? Cereal milk after Cheerios is pretty boring. Cereal milk after Cocoa Krispies is good stuff.

This sounds amazing in theory, but then part of me wonders how it would be different than regular chocolate protein or cinnamon protein? I mean I guess you could say "but it would taste exactly like the leftover milk in a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch!" but would people actually be able to differentiate that versus another cinnamon protein that happens to be relatively light in flavor and have a relatively thin texture? Of course, having a picture of the cereal on the tub can go a long way towards influencing taste buds lol.

It's a bow tie, Made by Donnie thompson. Helps with postural deviations.

So I have both the casual and the formal. The only difference is that the Formal is a lot thicker and tighter. The casual is very similar in construction the material of high quality knee wrap, like very thick (yet soft to the touch) and elastic-y. As soon as you put it on it feels amazing, it just pulls your shoulders and upper back into perfect posture and not only does it feel amazing, it makes you instantly aware that how you normally stand and sit need work.

I usually wear it driving or sitting at work, and it the gym on upper body days. You can still train with the casual, its durable enough to train with and probably all 99% of people need, most folks would not need the formal version. The other thing its supposed to do is it creates a real nice groove on the back for the barbell to sit on squats. Not like a pad or anything like that, and not that everyone would need it, but between the material and the handle it has the barbell kind of just sits perfectly there. For that reason alone, its pretty much worth it.

The only downsides are that after wearing for a while it can get irritating under the arm pits...not really a flaw, because if it did not do this it would be doing its job, its just part of the game, because its constricting and compression, after some time its going to rub a bit. The other thing and again by design, is your arms can fatigue from reduced circulation, now don’t get me wrong, it does not cut off circulation or like BFR or even cause poor capillary reflex, but the way it sits under your arms, blood flow is restricted slightly, enough that after a few hours of wear you are ready for it to come off.

Best thing is wearing it a little a day helps train you to be a little more mindful of your posture when you don’t have it on....

The cereal milk is supposed to be captain crunch, they dont specifically say or depict that, but i beleive the gerneal concsus is thats the target.

see post above. Both CTD and MSI have cereal flavors and they are spot on. I mean the cocoa puffs one does taste like cocoa puffs milk, not chocolate protein powder, not sure how they do it, but they do.

Apple Jacks (MSI) and Fruity pebbles (CTD) flavors are like dead on

Yep, Apple Jacks was the third choice, especially the new version with the extra cinnamon chunks

A LOT of ppl looking forward to this. I'll be trying Quake for sure

Lets add caffeine to everything, jeez.
I think this trend is worse than the "add protein to everything trend" that now includes protein seasoning, with the picture showing the seasoning on chicken and rice, as if chicken breasts didn't already have a lot of protein with relatively little calories.

could use some caffiene toothpaste... now theres a novel concept

Have a AM and PM toothpaste. AM is caffeinated and PM has a mild sedative. Is this the beginning of a multi-million dollar idea? Investors...possibly you...Prestige Worldwide....worldwide...worldwide.... ( Sorry I was watching Step-Brothers last night)

I would actually buy this if it worked. I'm stealing yours and booneman77 idea and going to talk to an investor right now

It's not a bad idea, and may actually give people some more incentive to actually brush their teeth twice a day, haha.

It would definitely make things more convenient too. I wouldn't have to worry about my breath smelling like coffee in class because I'd get my caffeine and teeth brushed at the same time.
