Thoughts on Muscletech's Advanced Whey? **** even if it is just average they had a BOGO 50%off last week I should have jumped on it I just checked and it's gone no more specials. The price is pretty good which has me wondering about it.[

Iconic formulations is dropping an 11-kt product. They're using iron legions salvo as the carrier. Definitely going to be stocking up on this.

This right here will be big. I'd say sell-out risk is very high, especially due to the upcoming summer season. I'll be first in line.

UPS Protein’s Chocabolic. Packed into each bar is 18g of protein from calcium caseinate and whey isolate, and as mentioned zero carbohydrates. Australia has different label rules with things like fiber not counted as carbohydrates. That is the main reason Chocabolic is being promoted as a carbohydrate free bar, as it is made up of maltitol a type of sugar alcohol that like fiber is non-digestible.

A carb free bar, skeptical on if it really does taste good enough to justify the calories.

In total the pre-workout features 11 transparently dosed ingredients as well as an undetailed electrolyte blend. From heaviest to lightest the Full as **** ingredients are

4g of citrulline,
2g taurine,
1g each of AgmaMax agmatine
1g glycerol monostearate.
650mg of dan-shen extract,
.5g half a gram of beet root powder,
250mg each of norvaline and vitamin C,
100mg hesperidin,
30mg niacin and lastly
5mg of BioPerine black pepper.

^ well, arguably there are other prop blends that could potentially be higher, and do you know the actual doses of those you are commenting on by chance?

I'm iffy on definitive statements over unknowns.

Not being a dick, those doses will regardless be quite good, I'd use that

Loving this new profile. I use the current Hemavo2 quite often but this looks like a definite upgrade.

They had a pre sale on this for just over 30.00 a bottle. I believe regular price is about 45.00 which gets expensive. For most to see real results it has to be dosed 1.5-2ml possibly more. So 2 bottles may potentially only last a month. Great product either way just wish someone would come out with something more cost effective... Hint hint

Yes I know the totals. It is ~3g of Hydromax, and ~1g of Potassium Nitrate.


Creatine Nitrate(which was in the older formula) is only about 32% nitrate by weight, while potassium nitrate is 57% by weight. There are WAY more pumps from this formula than the prior one.


also, if you ever see me making claims like the ones I did, it's because I know the formula breakdown(and more often than not formulated the product).

11 oxoderm is transdermal 11 oxo. It's a prohormone to 11 ketestosterone or 11KT.We are talking about 11KT which is the real deal and requires no conversion it is the target.
Basically to see results you would need much less 11KT than you would 11oxoderm.

1ml = 450mg
Applying 1ML of 11-OXODERM is equivalent to taking 1200mg of 11-oxo orally

How much more potent could/would you wanna get? Sounds interesting tho!

I can tell you that 11-KT, as Noaddedhormones has said, has a sweet spot around 3-4 ml, which is about 270-360 mg of 11-KT total. I'd say THAT was about the equivelant of 1-1.2G of 11-Oxo orally. I've done both and at those doses, they are about the same but we are going on my subjective experience - no science here. And you need those doses in both situations to really notice the effects. And then you need PCT.
