I am honest when I say, there is no diet or ingredient (besides high dose of ecdysteroids) that actually removed my DOMS. No matter how hard,intense etc I worked out, i felt no DOMS at all!
I dosed 15-20g bio gro (which is EXPENSIVE ) but it also worked very well for my recovery.
People say there is a cheaper Colostrum products on the marked but we need to understand, Bio Gro is far from regular colostrum (bovine colostrum).Bio Gro is Bio active peptides extracted from micro-concentrated Colostrum. That is why it is expensive.
It will not impact the flavoring of the whey

well I dont see any points putting in bio gro in a protein if 1 serving protein powder doesnt contain 1 serving bio-gro...I mean less than 1 serving bio-gro is quite useless?

how does that price of high dosed ecdy compare to the price of bio gro? I am going to assume you used more than recommended dose of both!!!

So you did get good recovery from high doses of bio-gro.

Did you ever test out dosages with PF3 and DOMs?

Interested in the churro flavor. I just hate the amount of carbs in the protein to be honest. My high carb days it would be easy to fit into. Moderate carb days would be fine as well, but I'd much rather get those extra few grams from some food.

I have some vanilla swirl coming my way. You know I'll review. I have never used bio-gro and the only benefit I have read is increased recovery. That could make the protein worth purchasing if it isn't too much more expensive than your other whey protein.

It is definitely low dose of bio active peptides per serving but it is still a good product. 25g protein each serving (WPC,WPI and WPH)

Both has pretty similar price but Bio gro was a little bit better for DOMS while Ecdysteroids provided more benefits

Very standard for most whey protein's on the market given the cost of raw materials.

Well, almost all products nowadays contain false marketing information +++ but I bet you have not tried bio gro 10-20g and I find it very strange how you can bash a product you maybe havent tried?
 
It was a name that we liked so we trademarked it.

But since this is a different forum, surely you can provide substantial evidence about changes in "their" manufacturing practices to assuage our fears, bro.

Uncle danes as much as you love ecdy, have you ever tried injectable ecdy? I heard that it is absolutely fantastic when injected(comparable to mild test only cycle). Although the cost of pure enough ecdy for injections is insane from what i have heard though.

It really seems like you havent been reading much science. Deer antter velvet has nothing to do with this.
I can bet 1000$ 10-20g bio gro would change your recovery BIG time! And yes, there IS actually science proving better recovery, better immune system, more IGF1 ++ (with bovine Colostrum). But like I said, Bio Gro (Bio active peptides)are peptides extracted from concentrated colostrum. Bio Gro > Bovine Colostrum. It is far from same thing like many believe.

This study is done on Bio-Gro . Just 3g daily.

Jeez 20g of bio gro would be little over 17scoops that is hell expensive!!! I want your job if your able to afford that and the crazy doses you run everything at.

and thx but i dont need help with my recovery, food and plenty of sleep covers all my bases, my recovery is maxed out... so ill take your bet ;)

I wish I could say the same (plenty of sleep).
I still have sleep apnea and my recovery is far from great. But can still bet bio Gro would provide good recovery for those who need.

The only thing I know for sure and it is NOT placebo, it really took DOMS away. Recovery was amazing on Bio Gro.

I know what you mean and it is nothing i recommend (due to the price) but if you really want something good for your recovery then I do recommend it. It really works
