The New Product Release Thread

Pretty good protein the three flavors that I bought, Blueberry was my personal favorite, the other two were good but not AS good as the blueberry.

its thicker then the majority of the PES Line besdies WCM. Which is the thickest of the PES flavors by far. So a little less thick then WCM
But its solid. makes great smoothies/milkshakes consistency.

May of well drink artificially flavoured water > BCAAS

Waste of money. May help by 1%. Studies out there proving that they don’t do **** for muscle etc

Currently using OL Endur3 and loving it. Also interested in the new Xtend Elite. Another good option is Blue Star AminoFast or Primeval BIOS3 Intracell 7

They’re conditionally beneficial IMO. Depending on your diet, and when you eat relative to your workout, they can be beneficial. Also, I just showed you a placebo controlled study showing that EAA use actually had some tangible benefits over placebo.

Im sure some studies showed that result, just like im sure there are studies showing the opposite. Nothing is ever really proven.

Come on over to the 21st century with your studies in training males. It’s literally 100% the opposite of what you’re saying. Stopping MPB and promoting protein synthesis is what they do. If you knew anything about building muscle, you’d know that’s HUGE. No they don’t actually build muscle but literally do everything to put your body in the environment to do so.

Why not just use carnitine? They themselves recommend 50-100mg/day to be the equivalent of 3g l-carnitine. That means the 30 servings will only last you 10-15 days. How much is a great deal? Cheaper than a good form of carnitine?

It sounds to me more like they’re presenting it as a more “efficient” way to get the same benefits as a larger dose of carnitine. They seem to literally/explicitly state that it’s intended to provide equal benefits as carnitine, as they claim it is used to synthesize carnitine in the body, and they measured its effectiveness by measuring carnitine levels. It seems like it is, at best, assuming it pans out in healthy adult humans, a more efficient means of increasing carnitine levels. They also seem to emphasize potential adverse effects of carnitine and that this apparently doesn’t have these same adverse effects. So if you don’t get the adverse effects from carnitine, and don’t mind a “larger” serving size (a few grams of carnitine), I just don’t really see a point. There’s also a lack of studies in healthy adult humans, where various forms of carnitine have multiple studies showing various benefits (ALCAR, LCLT, PLCAR, etc).
