the New England Gainer Shake

I don't know why I named it after New England, but thats where I live. It has a very 'mountainous, woodsy" taste.

Whatcha Need
1 bottle iced cold poland spring
2 scoops Anabolic Innovations PB flavored whey
1-2 Spoonfuls Peanut Butter
1 Package Oatmeal (any flavor will do, depends on your taste)
3-5 Spoonfuls of Maple Syrup

What To Do
Just throw it all in a blender and mix it up. You can shaker-cup it too, but the oatmeal will stick to the bottom unless you grind it up before, which I recommend doing.

Whats it Got
These numbers aren't official, but accurate enough, depending on how much and what you use. The numbers are based off the ingredients listed above.

Calories: About 400
Carbohydrates: About 60g
Protein: About 60g
Fat: About 12g (mostly healthy from PB)
Sugars: About 10g (from Maple Syrup)

There you have it! A way to increase your shake's potential by adding carbs and calories, and having it still taste very delicious.

Where's the birch bark and corn husks?

Sounds tastey. Honey might be a good sub for the syrup.

im gonna give it a go, you think the peanut butter will get shaked up in a shaker cup though? ......i need to buy a blender.
