Okay we now AP increases GLUT 4 but how about a 100% increase!!!!!!!! Just got research in from India..

How about PPAR gamma antagonist..nice..

Increase LDL transport for excretion..nice...

THis Tannins complex may need to be seperated in the future for those WHO live on the edge!~

Sweet.

GLUT4 is expressed in the cells of skeletal muscle, heart and fat.

So this increase in GLUT4 is only in skeletal muscle cells?

How does that work though?

**In other words**
In the presence of insulin GLUT4 transports glucose into the cell. Why not fat cells which also use GLUT4 as their transport protein?

Wich part of AP does what? Im curious as to what I'm experiencing. Probably the LDL transport and GLUT4. Ive never had a PPAR antagonist work on me (sesamin and TTA).

TTA/sesamin are ppar agonists, not antagonists.

They both activate PPAR Alpha...from USP's research, the "tannins" I guess serve to deactivate PPAR gamma.

PPAR Alpha is fat release and fat burning, gamma is fat storage.

I haven't seen that they've given a mechanism, only that they noted that it reduced GLUT4 mRNA expression in fat cells while stimulating GLUT4 translocation in muscle.

ooo That would be Awesome, sounds Great, and if true, should be included in the write up!

Makes sence that the mechanism is unknown, because much is unknown about the process.

uhh so what does that mean for the people without a science degree??

Pretty much the same as what his initial description of what the product does. Feeds muscle, starves fat :)

Muk luk the secret to your ginormous back? Perhaps we could make a potent extract. Tell ya what, break out your ulu, hack up a few thousand pounds and send it to the lab in India. Jacob is sure to reimburse shipping ten fold in product. Of course if it turns out to be garbage you may be out a few duckets, unless we can sell it to GNC. :D
