I don't mind new people at the gym, what bothers me is people interupting my set to ask questions.:zx11pissed:
If they would wait for me to finish, I wouldn't have any problems answering questions or showing how to properly do an excerise.

I hate this ****.. EVery year it gets so crowded around the New year.. Alot of the people will stop coming within a few months though.. I usually go around 1pm and its kinda dead.. The last week it has been filled with these new years resolutionists

Weird, my gym was absolutely DEAD this morning. Granted, I work out at 5am. I still expected to see more people than I did, though. I'm sure this evening was swamped and tomorrow morning will probably busier.

That early would be a challenge for
Me.

Leg day is tough, the lifting and cardio days are fine. I guess I've become accustomed to it.

I hate January my gym was packed today and those dang people have no etiquette what so ever. I just want to yell at them get out of my gym your just gonna quit in a few weeks anyways.

This...I get there about 5:00am when they open, and same old crowd was there. No newbies yet at that time in the morning...hehehe!

Who cares, the majority of them will be gone by March/April like always.

I go over my lunch at work which I wait until about 1-1:30 to take to avoid the lunch rush at the gym. Sure enough, it was so busy. I always forget that the students come back into town and the people with their resolutions. That is ok though, I've only got to put up with it for another three weeks before 98% of them give up.

I had a new guy come ask me how to do an exersise yesterday as i was walking to another exersise. I happily answered his questions and showed him how to do it. Then, they guy would not leave me alone. Im in the middle of incline bench and the guy is asking me to come show him somthing else. He started following me around the gym and just watching me. he was litterally 3 feet from me and staring at me while i did overhead extensions. Talking and getting in the way of supersets, sitting on the equipment i was using when im swapping wreights and not getting out when i want to use it again.

Damn...
That's when u might have to leave and come back.

This is the time of year that i wear earbuds.
Yeh, im making sure i take them with me next time. I might not even play music through them. If he does it again i might 'accidently' drop a weight on his foot.

I have a tiny little gym with everything I need to make it work, at my place of employment. I have been sticking with that gym since new years to avoid the business and frustration of all the extra people not knowing where they are.

I work out at home ;)

But i used to hate this season because the gym was always packed.. and NO parking!

lol @ where they are.
Man ur job is sweet to have a gym and full scale cooks lol.
My old job have the cafe but no gym.
My new job has both but not where I work only at the head quarters.

we had a few ppl at my gym last week that said they came to my gym from another gym because the new years ppl croweded theirs out, so they migrate to my gym....not happy

I'm a 5 AMer. mostly everyone there are regulars. People didn't crowd mine up till after the first week. Many of them Reeeeaaaally need to be there. Average BMI of about 30-35 on all the new ppl. I can already see it in there faces after the first week. They arnt gonna come back. Shame because the regulars like me don't need it. They do. Lazy and undisciplined got them where they are but they won't change. Guess they'll buy a pill and expect it to work for them lol

Refer him to the front desk where he can hire a trainer.

Normally i would, but its a 24 hour gym and there was no one there. a saw him there again the other day bothering someone else. I just put my earphones in and avoided him like the plague.
