Shoutout to Bob for the list of places to hit for my inaugural trip to Pitt. Grabbed dinner at Kaya last night (fish tacos and a house cocktail), then Handel's for dessert (snappy turtle).

Hit up Oakmont Bakery this morning and stocked up on a few things to try -- 6 donuts and some other small treats that'll keep for at least a day or 2 in the cooler.Invalid Link Removed

From Crossroads Delicatessen in Hopkins, mn

Strawberry chicken salad with extra chicken. It also has bleu cheese and walnuts in it. The dressing is made in house and is an olive oil emulsion with poppyseed in it. Tastes like a sweet onion garlic flavor has a decent amount of sugar in it tho so you have to use it sparingly somewhat..Invalid Link Removed

True story though.... I was at work I hate candy corn. One of my co workers kept trying to push these on me. I finally ate one (M&M LOL) just to shut her up and couldnt stop eating them after that first one.

Trust me, they’re nothing like actual candy corn but rather a white chocolate with some other flavor. Super good

Uhm sorry but this is not greek food

You'll never see a Greek put a hotdog with minced meat, greek souvlaki in pita bread never ever has lettuce in it just tomato, onion (red preferably) and tzatziki sauce and if you wanna spice it up more a dash of paprika.

Further to the above, when Greeks cook fries don't put cheese on them or minced meat just origanon!

Sweets/deserts look alright though!
