The epic food porn thread

Man, you have awful luck with TJ's... I literally bought 3 jars of the ebtb seasoning just this past week... still had tons in the Chicago store I was at.

Everything is locational with TJ's.
For example the Coffee Brownies I picked up yesterday in pitt. They did not have at the Penn Ave one in Pitt, or 2 stores in Columbus.

one store in CBUS did not have the EBTB seasoning the other had 6 and I bought them all. None at either in Pittsburgh.

Definitely true... I've gone to 2 within 10min of each other and they have totally different stock at them. One is a season behind, one ahead, etc

I saw this on the thread preview and totally thought you were reviewing an edible lmao

No rush mayne. I am sure they will make them a permanent product soon due to high demand, then we can get them whenever.

Got a box for you and one for me (let me know if you want more than one). They also have a whole bunch of EBTB seasoning if you want me to grab some more for ya and send it all together. I'll be here all week so just let me know what you want and I'll try to send it out one afternoon if I can get off early enough. Worst case I'll send it on Saturday when I'm home.

Thank you Lord for this LA trip. This gunna be gud:

Starbucks Peanut Butter Cup Cookie

"A traditional peanut butter cookie, including the "fork marks" on top (just like mom used to make) gets a tasty update with a chocolate peanut butter cup lovingly tucked inside."

The peanut butter cookie on the outside is incredibly soft. Just touching it you can indent the cookie. Fans of soft peanut butter cookies will rejoice. Most times when buying cookies they are harder on the outside, this is not the case here. The Peanut butter cup filling? Absolutely loaded. Besides an outside layer of only the peanut butter cookie, each and every bite is full of peanut butter and chocolate from the reese cup on the inside. For 360 calories this is a must pickup. Well executed from Starbucks for a soft, delicious, and flavorful cookie.

How big is the one one the bottom left? Is that a foot-long??

Cinnamon stick. Just about...but it goes down easy. Excellent dough.

Everything Montreal Style Bagel, Gruyere (reserve - you want this not the mild), grated Pecorino Romano A.O.P, E.V. Olive Oil, Fried Egg.

Credit goes to The Parlor (NYC) for giving me the idea from a pizza on their menu.

One of the best combos I've had in a bit.

Capriotti's (Indianapolis, IN):

The Bobbie: homemade Turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and mayo.

Capastrami: hot pastrami, Swiss cheese, Russian Dressing, and
coleslaw.

Invalid Link Removed

Bobbie has been voted as the best sandwich in America by some publications and is very very good: stuffing moist, light mayo, cranberry sauce chunky, mildly sweet & tart (mostly fruit), turkeys are oven roasted for 12 hours every day at the locations and pull apart by hand in the morning.

Capastrami is another favorite. High quality pastrami, coleslaw has no sugar so it's just creamy and provides crunch, and there is an appropriate amount of russian dressing + cheese to bring it together.

Your experience will vary depending on franchise locations, but this place is strong.

That Philly cheese steak pic on the previous page just triggered every hunger bone in my body! I'm a huge Philly fan!

will be going tonight. PB&J is my jam (pun intended)

They are essentially Puppy Chow covered in PB2 with a "generous" jam filling.

It helps that the pb layer is fair and the jam is of average quality at the very least.

I imagine this will be basic but if the maple is strong enough it could have potential

Guessing it will be limited but I'll grab a couple, I owe you anyways

if you find out its limited, just try to see when it will end. If its gonna be around for a few months I'll be back up in time to grab it myself. If not, I'll be sending you an empty box with postage paid haha

Tastes exactly like a Milky Way in M&M form

Invalid Link Removed

Pro
- Typical M&M shell
- thick caramel filling
- identical milk chocolate and caramel from a Milky Way (if you enjoy them)

Cons
- not salty enough caramel for my liking
- for some caramel may be too thick and hard

8.5/10 PB filled still best
