Where can I buy these!? Never have seen them before
I've seen them at almost every grocery store and Walmart. They're usually with the pb and jelly

I had the double pb ones but not the pretzel pb. Double pb were good, but really just the same as a spoon of pb ha
I'd rather not have access to peanut butter than to eat the Skippy brand.
I'd rather not have access to peanut butter than to eat the Skippy brand.
What? Why?
Skippy does not taste nearly as good. It barely tastes like peanut butter.
I like Skippy Natural Super Chunk, for what I would consider "mainstream" PB.
this may be the greatest thing I've stumbled across in a very long time. I figured it would be ok at best as its low cal and a new brand but holy cow if this wasn't one of the top 5 best ice creams I've ever had. Caramel swirl and oatmeal cookies all through the super sweet caramel ice cream. Unbelievably good. Only knock is that it's not super creamy (Obv with the low cals) but it doesn't even matter as the taste and mix ins are off the charts. I'll probably go back and get all the other flavors they make (found at sprouts)

That's a whole lotta breast
And Bob that pint looks killer, rating?

usually grab a few of those 3lb bags of broccoli usually go through 6lbs if not more a week.
Invalid Link Removed discovered these today, didn't buy tho as I'm leaving town Monday.
Today's eats:
Invalid Link Removed the most disappointing donuts I've had in a long time. The place has an epic menu but they only have a few made each day so the selection is really hit or miss. The caramel apple fritter literally had no caramel or Apple. So pissed.
Invalid Link Removed this was awesome tho.

Will be going on an adventure to find this today, better be worth it lol. Says a Kroger a little ways away has some.
Anybody have any other decent low fat ice cream recommendations that don't taste terrible?
Ok so I'm fixing to kill your sweet tooth, but savory isn't bad either...

Tuna salad, cottage cheese with pepper, pico de gallo, and balsamic brazed broccoli.
That looks great! I love tuna, CC & broc but tell me that's not your cheat.
That meal was 420cals. if it was a cheat it would of had to been double.
Only double ha?!
Yea I don't have many cals to play with.

This. If you stick to your macros it ain't s cheat. It's not a cheat meal if you're worried about the cals... A cheat SHOULD be higher. That's the point

Yea if I go 400cals above my goal then it's a cheat to me.
No offense but your cheats must suck.
Most decent restsurant/ff meals are 1-2k alone
The rules:
It must be something you made or ate yourself
It must be amazing looking or tasting
Pics or it's not real
Feel free to post the recipes, macros, etc as I'm sure someone will ask anyways.

Post any good food man,
I do.
I share more refeeds than cheats.
I think they are just genuinely concerned over your mentality towards a "cheat meal" here.
We've all been in places before where we got too anal to partake in indulgences.
But it's no fun lol, and many of us grew out of that.
If this works for you, party on sir
But if you are developing a poor relationship with food get out quick
Three Cheat Meal Guidelines
It's a little more sophisticated than just "eat a bunch of crap," but not by much. When implementing a full-on cheat meal – as opposed to a carbohydrate re-feed, I typically use the following guidelines with my clients:
Have the cheat meal replace the last meal of that day. This keeps you from extending the cheat and ruining a whole day of eating.
Keep it around 45 to 60 minutes. Again, this keeps you from making it an all-out binge that will set back your progress rather than accelerating it.
Other than that, have whatever you want, as much as you want.
Have your cheat meal the night before you train a large (or weak) body part, like legs or back.
The additional glycogen and fullness will ensure that you have an awesome, powerful training session. Some people like to have the cheat meal after a big training session in the hopes of aiding recovery. That can work as well, but my preference is the night before.
^ 500 over isn't even a refeed for some of us, but I used to have the same mentality that anything "unplanned or over daily allotted cals" was a "cheat" on my diet, for sure.
Have you ever tried making your own ice cream? Lifesaver on a cut for me
I love the article, The Cheat Meal Manifesto from T-Nation. I think the three guidelines laid out for a cheat are solid. I don't completely agree with making it the last meal, but I do agree to giving the cheat meal a small time window, maybe a dinner out with friends, just to enjoy yourself.
