It is ironic that Americans are coming to Canada to eat massive meals ha. There are many places with super huge portions like the States...
True or false meats cheaper than us in canada? ?
I don't buy meat in the US, but from what I have heard from other members and seen in my travels ... US is cheaper.

Makes perfect sense... It's cheaper in ca because the exchange rate is awful ha
Anyone with a TJ's near them, we need a review ASAP

I've had them before there the bomb! Initially you think there just decent but one of those things when you open the bag you can't stop eating them.... Could easily kill the whole bag. The more you eat them the better they get lol
Don't remind me! I am heading down to Buffalo next week and will be pinching pennies.
my missus just sent me a picture of parmiggiana and lasagna just handmade by her, directly from italy

parmiggiana on the left and lasagne on the right
I am jealous she can eat whatever she wants and still keep her 6 pack!
it is called Portion Control and caloric control
instead of eating 10oz of rice and fatty beef/fish you could have a smaller portion of lasagna for carbs/fats.
or a meal out once in a while never hurt anyone.
Moderation is the key to success.
Thats fine, what one eats varies from another person. at the end of the day we dont need to eat 6 times a day or 2 times a day, how one chooses to allot their calories, their portions, or meal frequency is personal preference.
Ones metabolism differs from person to person, their portions differ, their caloric intake differs. Too many factors to put into the equation
My dad eats cereal, mcdonalds, burger king every single day and is a stick too, but his portions are small, not massive, and not sucking down 1,000+ calories in coke. Just goes to show you that calories and portions make a drastic difference. Don't be jealous over others and what they eat. You choose to eat nothing but oats, rice, chicken, and fish, and choose larger portions, your wife may differ. It is your personal decision.
Do you go to Trader Joe's when you are in Buffalo? Any issues bringing food over?

When your dieting you eat the gum version instead of the real thing lol...
they smell exactly like Swedish Fish, but only a mild resemblance to the "yellow" flavoured gummy.

Picked up some Chex Mix Muddy Buddy Snickerdoodle flavor on a road trip this weekend...so delicious. Taste like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, but better
Saw this a month or two back, not a fan of chewing gum.
I was quite surprised with Muddy Buddies. I picked up a bag of Target a while back, only because it was marked down. It was Cookies and Cream which is not one of my favorite flavors, but they were damn delicious.
The peanut butter ones are amazing too
What should chef Bob cook tomorrow?
Get me some ideas
Sweets or meals?
Sweets are ice cream son... Come on now.....
Meal wise.... May head out to dinner with a friend tonight, still undecided, if not i will cook.
Man i can tell you have hit your head or you ate too much broccoli.
??? They're pretty much sweet across the board... Not sure how you figure otherwise
My Protein Baked goods? Those are healthy,
Some of the unhealthy things i bake yes. But 90% of the time its my protein stuff.
If i want real sweets for a cheat i want to go to a bakery, or the things i make and do not count (like the carrot cake the other day)
Or my go to
Ice CreamGNO knows

You said "what should I cook?", not "what should I have for a cheat?" Which was my reason to question what type of food. Healthy and countable or not
Looks very basic. Not a dog guy myself either. And the burgers seem too simple to really go all out on. Maybe if they offer some serious toppings but otherwise eh. I wouldn't go out of my way for a place with just basic burgers/dogs
Looking at the menu it looks like a very typical American style joint.
Since you said they do crazy bid-ness I will assume the taste is better than the menu design and they do simple very well. I would go with the Grilled Chicken Deluxe (Chicago style)
Then go home and give me a review on the Graeters cinnamon Cheese Crown![]()
Grilled Chicken Delux with Grilled Onions or Peppers?
Consider adding Bacon or Chili?
I was debating that chicken sandwich or the italian beef since i eat chicken almost everyday.
Gonna def grab some Onion Rings. They are to die for there.
I LOVE pumpkin rolls!
Me, too! I always tell my sister to make them not too sweet.![]()

Pumpkin flavoured treats are my jam!
