Gelato Fiasco Raspberry Truffle Sorbetto

The Sorbetto is very light in texture, much lighter than some of the other Gelato Fiasco offerings I have had (Blueberry, S'mores, PB, Cookie Therapy). The texture seems airy, very light, and literally melts shortly after you take your spoon to the base. The Chocolate Truffles were more along the lines of thick chocolate chunks. I came across at least a dozen of them throughout the gelato from top to bottom. A fantastic raspberry base with some thick chocolate chunks with great flavoring for only 170 calories a serving is a winner in my book.

Haha, I know but it tastes like maple. It was ok, good for those who like the "maple" flavor. I prefer the regular caramel chocolate. :D

Cheese crown sounds amazing. The other two eh. Not all that unique but still good flavors.

You dont need to get exotic with graeters to make good ice cream. That is why their mix-ins are some of the best on the market. And chocolate chip pieces are sometimes an inch in thickness

cant go wrong if you strike a full peanut butter cup or full piece of fudge in their vanilla ice cream which is one of the best vanilla's on the market.
 
^^^ it's actually quite misleading to call them chips.
They're 2-3X the size of other brands chunks lol.

Even with no mix-ins to rave over the base alone in this pint provides a reason to pick up New Orleans most popular flavor. Right away if you are a cream cheese or cheesecake fan this will be worth a scoop. Think about eating the center of a NY Style cheesecake without the crust, and then you get a semi-sweet sugar aftertaste of a delicious vanilla flavored ice cream. Put two and two together and you are presented with NO Creole Cream Cheese. Cream Cheese in an ice cream base done to perfection. While I did not have high hopes before scooping this, Adrian the owner, proved me wrong and presented me with a choice I would recommend.

You and I could certainly do some damage at a buffet bro! My wife hates going with me because she gets one plate and then sits there for an hour while I keep going up and eating

Haha my gf is the same. She hates going out to eat with me because I always make fun of how little she ate and by the end have just convicted her to keep eating and at the end she's always sick ha.
