Haha man, I used to LOVE day drinking...especially as an undergrad at Ohio State during football season! Wake up at 8 am (for a noon game), drink, go to game, take a quick nap, go back out for the night.

Now, I think back to my undergrad days and how I would drink every Thursday, Friday and Saturday (with an occasional additional weekday or Sunday) and wonder how the hell I did it. At 31, I'll go big on a Saturday every once in awhile and be hungover until Wednesday!

Getting old sucks

Hell I've had this problem since like 6mo post graduation ha. I can drink with the best but I'm hungover for what feels like a year

the cereal is spot on description. You get a strong caramel taste right away and a small buttery aftertaste. Kind of reminded me a bit of a stronger dulce de leche flavoring to start but the caramel really take over then the small faith buttery aftertaste.

S'mores Oreo - Classic Vanilla Oreo, the chocolate cream overpowers the marshmallow which is like a 80/20 blend (80% chocolate, 20% marshmallow) its faint but its still present, basically a vanilla oreo with chocolate and a small marshmallow after taste. Reese PB Oreos are still the GOAT (Greatest)

Had them in pub smores ice cream from local ice cream company it was grrrrrreat! The marshmallow ice cream really helped the oreps shine

Overall this is a winner. New Orleans Ice Cream Company did a fantastic job on putting together quality ingredients to provide a tasty coffee dessert. What is coffee without a bit of sweetness and milk? To the typical american that is unheard of! New Orleans decided to toss in the scaled milk to enhance a mild coffee cold brewed base. For those who like medium or blonde roast coffee beverages this will be right up your alley. New Orleans complimented the coffee base with a beignet donut dessert cut up and spread throughout the pint. The sweetness and softness provided by the dessert on top of a delicious thick, hard, and glazed swirl rounded this pint off. New Orleans Ice Cream Co. did a great job and there is a reason why people rave over this flavor.

Grade: A-

As a sad side story, we were joking about diets one day at the crossfit box I go to and I mentioned how I am a big fan of the tape worm diet. We have one member who is in her late 30's and is a bit "off." I feel bad for her because the owners always have these extra nutrition programs that you have to sign up and pay for. They generally work for the people that do them, but she signs up so she feels like she's "part of the group," but never follows the guidelines and never loses weight or changes body composition. I think it's kind of messed up that the owners keep taking her money, but that's another story. Anyway, later that night she messages me asking for more info about the tape worm diet. I had to carefully explain to her that I was joking.

It's scary what some people will do to lose a few pounds! Ok, back to the food porn!

haha this is classic. I had a buddy that legit had a tapework or awhile and was losing a ton of weight no matter what he ate... We had a girl ffiend who legit was serious about figuring out how she could contract a tape worm... Idiots.

I'm back again cause I just made some S'mores Shooters :)

(recipe in the back of quest s'mores box. I used chobani greek instead of cream cheese, mocha WPI instead of the quest one)
LOTS of shaved choccy on top because everyone knows thats how i like it.

Haven't contributed for awhile due to low cals... So refeed meal 1...

French toast, jelly stuffed French toast, caramel chocolate oats, chicken and broccoli (I just love these too much to jot have them ha).

Later tonight I'll be making some ice cream, muffins, and Brussels. (Not exciting but pics to come)

Already had 2 cups of capt crunch cinn roll and 2 of sprinkle donut crunch cereals. No pics of these tho.

I barely even dump between refeeds ha. But tomorrow... All hell will break loose and I will once again take my trusty plunger into battle.

I can't handle baby meals anymore. I'm hungry literally within an hour. Don't know if I could do a full low cal bro meal diet ever again without losing my mind.

Plus if I wanna tackle that pizza and the burger in Toronto with mkretz and GNO then I better keep my volume game strong ha

I'm not talking about shakes. I'm talking about piddly 6-8oz of meat and a few cups of veggies. I prefer a lb of meat and veggies ha

Then explain..... If you got 120g of protein from say chicken/steak would it not help curb hunger better than 4 shakes?
Why have baby meals with almost 4 scoops protein all day and be hungry?
For most 120g of protein from whole food would >>> Satiety than whey protein. Maybe you find whey to settle heavier?

That protocol is designed so that I can have a giant dinner (1lb of chicken and prob close to 2pb of veggies in a stew) followed by a giant dessert (5cups or so of ice cream) and more broc.

The shakes are simply to meet protein reqts and only add up to a total of about 380cals. Which would only be 3 VERY small meals of I spread out. It's basically an IF diet with small meals. Think warrior diet.

Costco membership FTW.

I won't buy protein there, but its a great source för chicken, ground turkey, egg whites, fruits and veggies.

I've found aldi can't be beat for fruit and veggies (although variety/selection can be limited). SAMs club or Walmart are usually my meat/egg go to's but lately Kroger has had some awesome deals by me
