Heart, Pancreas, and Liver is free.........:ponder:

Ok so i thought id give you all a short story.

Ive been seeing this girl for a couple of weeks now and went round to hers last night to stay over. We got to bed and she gave me a Left Handed JO. Bad smith machine incident today. Appparently, the bar wasn't completely secured at the end of the set. Just as I was starting to move out from under, the effin weight came crashing back down. My left shoulder, wrist, and back are friggin killin'. It sounded like an earthquake (4 plates). Every Not Big in the gym came running over to see what happened. I was so shook up, I almost puked a few minutes afterward.

I guess I probably deserved it for using a ***goty smith machine, but they don't have a effin squat cage. Not Bigs have no use for such equipment.
 
It's pretty cool. I've just found that I have to talk a lot slower and use more basic grammar so they can follow me. Some of the kids can speak OK english, but some of the struggle with it. I asked this one kid in my FIN class, "can you follow me up there?" He looked all puzzled and says "uh, you want me to follow you to front of class?"

Yeah, they got rosbif at w-mart, but it's not all that good. It's cheap ass packaged/processed deli meat. It's better than the lips and a$$hole they sell at the convenience store downstairs.

SFW sucked ass today. I Couldn't do it. I managed to hammer out two sets of incline bench before the pain got so intense that I couldn't even lift the bar off the rack. Fukkin blows. I was really feelin like I could toss them weights around today.

Haha no i dont need it at all but it thought it would be fun. Now that im geared im a complete sex fiend, getting wood at the most random moments. I was in the library studying and suddenly got wood like a mofo LMAO :twak:
