Do you live around NYC? If so, we should get a session in together when you're feeling up to it.View attachment 261303View attachment 261304
Forgot to mention, I locked up the cat in the shower and went to Yankee stadium
Are you From NYC? I'm not that close, but I'm also not far away, It's about a two and a half hour ride, I live in New London Connecticut. I do go to the city every so often but it's completely random usually. What gym do you usually go to?Do you live around NYC? If so, we should get a session in together when you're feeling up to it.
Either Iron Punisher in the Bronx or Iron Oasis East in the LES are my regular gyms. One of these days I'll make a trip out to LI on a weekend and hit up Bev Francis Powerhouse, but haven't had the time yet.Are you From NYC? This generation has had social media to give them wildly unrealistic expectations of what their life should be like.

you know whats funny is I have been listening to some youtube podcasts and over and over they keep saying the reason most influencers are young people are because they have never had real jobs, started doing their influencer work while living at home and had the free time/ability to build their channels whereas most adults working a 9 to 5 simply don't have the time to build their account to Mr Beast levels.
so basically young people are at a financial advantage in the most confusing technology/economy ever ha.

Originally from Houston, but moved out to NYC back in 2023 for work.
I was lucky enough to be at the inaugural game at Safeco field (no T-Mobile Park). it was like walking into a Roger Rabit clip, felt so animated and surreal. I'm used to it now, its nearly a 30 year old park, but it still has a level of magic when you're walking down to your seats. the grass, the smells, the sound of the wooden bat. Baseball is the most romantic sport to me by far.I like Citi Field way more. The new Yankee stadium just feels really soulless and corporate to me.
Haven't had a chance to make it out to Seattle yet, but it's on my list of ballparks to go to.
I was thinking the sameIron Punisher is an awesome gym name
I know what you mean. I had a good time but it's not the same kind of feeling you got back in the day. Especially when it cost $27 for a McDonald's size McChicken and a PepsiI like Citi Field way more. The new Yankee stadium just feels really soulless and corporate to me.

its absolutely insane what this stuff costs now days. I likely wouldn't ever go to a game if it wasn't a corporate thing out in our region. parking alone can hit $100$27 for a McDonald's size McChicken and a Pepsi
Because I don't drink and I used to drink so much I don't have a problem paying a little extra for food because the way I look at it if I was drinking my bill would have been four times the cost. With that being said the price is at ballparks are insane and the food is trash lol. I wouldn't mind paying $16 for a chicken sandwich if it was a really good chicken sandwich not when it comes out looking like a McChickenits absolutely insane what this stuff costs now days. during the playoffs last Oct we parked 30min south and took the monorail up for $6.
I just really wanna eat $27 of actual McDonald’s food sometime lolBecause I don't drink and I used to drink so much I don't have a problem paying a little extra for food because the way I look at it if I was drinking my bill would have been four times the cost. I do that sometimes too. The $20 cheeseburger bundle with the 20 piece nuggets is my Friday night dinner when my niece wants McDonald's lolI just really wanna eat $27 of actual McDonald’s food sometime lol
