So I know many of you have a deep palate for a good beer. So to commemorate such a pastime, how about we share what beers are choice, and maybe where they can be found.

I mentioned this in another thread, but one of my current favorites is the 5 Day IPA by O'Fallon Brewery near St. Louis, Missouri.

The beer has a medium body with a full punch of hops, with some citrusy undertones... grapefruit possibly.

I've got a few chocolate stouts, coffee stouts, and IPA's in my fridge right now. All of what you guys have listed so far is good stuff, especially the Stone and Dogfish Head. Nice ones, fellas.

I love hops, so I usually gravitate to the IPAs when I can. Rogue, Stone, Magic Hat, Dogfish Head are of my favorites.

nice posts gentlemen! But I have forgotten to list one(if not THE best) brewery in all of North America. They are fairly new and are on the way up!

Here's two of my all time fav's.

Fishtale's mudshark porter and pear cider are each the best of their breed anywhere :)

I've been buying growlers of different beers from this place

they all have been good. Their Cubano Espresso is excellent.

These are very good as well:

Man I love beer porn.

Here is a local craft that is stellar... Schlafly Brewery.

Two fantastic brews:

No 15
Our 15th Anniversary Ale! A medium-bodied amber-colored ale with a delightful wheaty flavor and a fruity, spicy finish.

Dry Hopped APA:
An American Pale Ale with a hearty dose of hop bitterness, flavor and aroma. We add hops directly into the finished beer to boost the fresh, fruity flavor and aroma of American hops.

Fat Tire hands down is my favorite hailing from New Belgium, Colorado. I also am a big fan of Alaskan Amber, Bass, Guinness, Yuengling (America's oldest brewery), and Sea Dog Blueberry Wheat ale (I'm not usually a fan of "fruity" flavored beers, but rather darker ales etc, but I do like this one and goes great with bbq beef sandwich in the summer).

So I just had a couple of these...

Pretty good, IMO. It's actually brewed in a town that I used to live in (Frederick, MD).

Couldn't post pics--but here are some links to my favs.
