The Beast getting super dense with Purus Labs (sponsored log)

Man that CG bench blows my mind bro! I don't know how I pull 110 on preacher and can only do working sets of 155 on CG when my triceps are one of my strengths! Nice work. I did manage to get 10 on +65 dips yesterday though which was a nice accomplishment!
I've been bulking so I've been skipping a lot of cardio but I need to start throwing in that 20 minute cap on my gym routines too.

How long you got left of being on? Sorry I haven't been able to follow closely to logs like I usually do. As the day to popping my inject virginity gets closer I'm getting more and more psyched bro!

keep crushing it on the dips bro, +65 is legit. im going to change some of my routine around so i can start doing weighted again. 110 is a damn good preacher. with the close grip bench, front delts play a HUGE role in your close grip almost as much as your tri's and chest. if you dont have a big shoulder press and big bench you wont have a high close grip. keep crushing it you'll get there. kill that cardio bro, keep that bulk LEAN. its a bitch to shed a lot of fat. its taken me a year to get from 245 @ i'm going to say ball park 25% to where i'm at now.

as far as the pins, hop over to my other log a lot has happened.

They've leveled off. Not really experiencing anything in the way of diminishing returns though. Always intense. Always a good pump from it.
 
i had some running around yesterday to do after work and the gym so i skipped updating. i got my truck bedlined at linex. real happy about it. looks friggin sweet.

honestly, i just wasnt into it yesterday. my mind was friggin everywhere but the gym. i was a little dissapointed when i walked in anyways and i couldnt get a regular flat barbell bench. air force fudge packers bench press and curl in the squat rack every day. ass holes. i love the looks i've been getting for stealing flat bench bars on arms days or legs days. people look like they wanna fight me for doing straight leg deads or curls with the bars off the bench press. ok im done raging for now.

condense is still leaving me super pumped even at one scoop, im absolutely loving it.

it was hotter than hell at work today, and due to the massive loss of fluids- i could wring my shirt out- i decided to skip the gym. i need to let my body catch up anyways. i've been killing it this week.

Well then. I'm going to appologize to aaronjp1 and airborne and any other purus reps for dropping the ball for about a week on the condense log. My girlfriend was in town in case i havent mentioned it in here. i figured I'd spend some time with her since she paid the money to fly in and see me. I will add in that i do believe it was a much needed 6 day break from the gym. numbers will agree with that.

1.5 scoops condense. i was TIRED, like i'd been up late for the last 6 days doing copious amounts of cardio. the condense definitely gave the kick i needed to make it to the gym, definitely had to drag my self out.

woke up this morning in a total fog. by 8 this morning i was ready to die at work, so i slugged down two scoops of condense. Thank you condense for helping me survive the rest of my work day. thank you for giving me some sick vascularity in my arms, and i'm noticing a quad vein or two now...

downed a scoop and mixed in some aakg with it. i love that combination. its the perfect pump. the pumps are still GREAT with the condense, even with lower carbs than what i normally eat. i've backed down to about 150-200 a day. I'll definitely comment about the energy and focus provided by the condense as well. today i just wasnt feeling it, yet i managed to hit it hard with high intensity and maintain my focus on the weights and my musclular contractions.

I got laid off today so i'm driving back home. not sure how i feel about it yet. I'm glad i'm not here anymore, but there goes 120k a year that paid like 180 since half was tax free. i'll catch up and update after ive gotten home. appologies again to the purus crew. i'm getting a bit upset i cant work out consecutively these days.

i havent been living down here man. I'm stoked to get my roided up ass back to my HOME gym and bend some bars. the more i think about it, i'm only worried about money right now, which i've got 14g in savings, so i'm set for a few months anyways. i think im going to make good on my gi bill this winter.

Pump was weak today unfortunately. I think its due to the lack of food in general since tuesday. Didn't wanna eat crap fast food during the drive so i fasted for a full day.

Thanks man. Im actually really happy. I only stayed on that job for personal greed, i was making stupid money. I put 25 thou in savings from april until last friday. I was miserable there though. I'm so happy to be home, my friends and family make it hard to stay away.

I mentioned it in my anabolic log, i do have 2 potential jobs line up already, one is programming and testing radio circuitry and the other is a desk job. As soon as i told two friends i was headed home they talked to their bosses. The programming job is actually run by a guy i worked for and he's pulling strings to get me in. Awesome dude there.
