Will Ara help on endurance ? Maybe at 2g or more?

Unlikely to IMO.

It can affect strength output, and over time as your muscle grows/adapts it may get easier, so you could push more reps an an example. But this would be a slow change.

Where it really shines is in hypertrophy, and it can potentially raise strength output

I'm pretty sure he means endurance, as in - bicycle/running... so a definite no there :D
 
What is the standard / safest amount of time off between 50 day cycles?

IIRC, it's 50 *Workouts*. Unless you train every day, you'll be using it longer than 50 days. I don't think anyone knows the ideal "off time", so I'd go with 60 days... heck, maybe 90? Systemic inflammation is not something you want to happen often. JMO.

Totally. I'll be using it workout days only. And still taking my fish oils 8 hours outside of ARA so hopefully it'll balance out inflammation a little and still utilize the ARA during my workout and keep isolated to muscular inflammation if taken 45 mins before with a L carnitine salt and emulsifier like SL. I read mixed reviews about it causing systemic inflammation or not. Apparently the researched dose of 1g to 1.5g post workout on 50 workout days doesn't dip into the systemic profile based on studies. No changes in blood work indicating systemic inflammation

I just dose on workout days. My plan was 50 workout days with 1000 mg(4 caps)

I woke up for like yesterday with a lot of pain in both My forearms. I think Its a inflammation.

Have had the same pain before And got rid of It with caps called (voltaren) That My doc gave me. Its Been like 2 years.

Should I take a break ? Or some other tips?
I Train 4-5 times a week. :/

I'm on My 37/50 workouts.

Other stack contain:
Epicat (18 days in)
Laxogenin (18 days in)
Or1gin (3 days in)
PA (1 day in)

Take some time off and see if the issue goes away. If it does, I guess it's up to you if you want to hop back on or not. But at least it'll tell you if it's the ARA that's causing it.

The pain is not That bad, That I cant train. I Do take a joint support (animal flex) but I think, Its only 13 days left of the Ara. Maybe just Get thru it ! I Will try train Chest to day, with all the supplements. :-)

Just keep an eye on it. I always have some type of joint / muscular pain that is attributed to imbalances from playing football and lifting at such a young age and not taking care of myself (warming up, stretching etc). You may want to go see a physiotherapist or someone who specializes in sports med to see the root cause of your issue. Could be that you strained your forearms with a movement you weren't used to. Good luck and be careful

Took Ara today for My Chest workout, dident feel much pain. So I Will drop Bicep workout, let the forearms rest. :-)

I am having surgery on my scalp on the 21st. I'm assuming I should not be taking ARA leading up to and following the procedure? Anyone have input on this? It's an FUE hairline restoration to be specific
Id just save them until after, just to be sure. While you may be safe using them around that time, better to be safe than sorry!

Yeah ur right. Unfortunately I'm 2 days in right now. I may just keep the dose at 1g and see how it goes. If I have any issues I'll stop using.

How long had you been using Ara before the pain kicked in?

In that case, did the doctor diagnose anything like tennis elbow or golfer elbow (lateral and medial epicondylitis, respectively)? If so, the Ara may have contributed to a flare up of an underlying inflammatory condition.

He did diagnose something, cant remember which One of Them. All I remember is That he gave me a cycle of "Voltaren 50 MG X 3 " each day for 2 weeks. And the inflammation went away.

Maybe. But I quited Workout That included biceps. So IT can heal.

Have trained Chest And back after the pain startet. IT went Good !

I only have 11 days left. And the gainz is amazing !
 
Hopefully you can power through the last 11 workouts. Sometimes I get little flair ups while on X gels but they usually subside.
 
While using, hard to track because you're holding extra water/glycogen (in all the places we want it) You should feel it working in the gym a few days in, see it in the mirror a few weeks in

Overall with a good diet and program I'd say you can net 2-4 lean lbs over the 50 uses, I run it at 1.5g daily

This is of course a ballpark, and I don't gain as much now as I did my first run, but I'd say the overall recomp effects (aesthetic improvements) are notable every time.

I usually run it in a stack, but have run it solo twice now as well

I'm trying to come up with a decent natural recomp with Anabeta Elite, Tr1umph, and I want to throw in X Gels but I know it's probably a bad idea. Theres still pain, discomfort, and difficulty doing some things but I've been released from PT. I expect this until about the one year mark which seems normal.

I may or may not add in some peptides a couple times a day to help with joints if I decide to add in X Gels. I may use them even if I don't add the X Gels.

To be honest, you can build a decent recomp stack without X-gels and so, IMO, you're best to wait until inflammation subsides and are able to start lifting normally again.

That's going to be a good stack! I love running ArA with Anabeta. You're going to love ArA with Anabeta my friend. That along with a nice pump product or even agmatine and expect killer pumps/muscle fullness :)

Oh man! Hate to hear that. That's when a hot tub/heat pad are your best friends. I just recently stocked up on ArA myself. Taking it with AlphaMax XT right now. My next run will be ABE, ArA and a few other products :)

Damn man sorry to hear that. I sweaked my neck on pull downs the other day. Hadn't done that for a few years. Luckily it wasn't a bad one. I have had some where I was in pain for 2-3 weeks. Back/neck/spine injuries are a bitch of an injury.

Taking ArA just on workout days is far superior than every day dosing. Did you read this thread?
