Hey guys since i dont feel like going through 100's of points to find the answer thats then asked a million times before, i will just repost!!!
But for real, so Being on an AI (arimistane) and X-gels (1.5g) has been getting pretty taxing. Im getting close to the 50 workout cycle on X-Gels (probs 5-6 workouts left). I had shoulder teninitis my freshman yar of high school (8yrs ago omg im so old) and have had some recurring issues every once in awhile. Its starting to pop up again now that I am doing more shoulder work/starting practice (track and field thrower) So I plan on starting back up on Flax oil to help with the joint issue
My question is, Since i work out 3/4 days per week roughly how far away should i take those flax oil caps from the X-Gels ? I know some people recommend 6hrs or longer. To give you a more specific scenario. I lift between 5-6pm on those days. I will be taking anywhere from 4-5 caps on off days however since that shouldn't matter.

As far away as possible if you're gonna use it. I'm not sure of the omega 3 content in flax oil, but omega 3's, even when dosed far away from ArA, has the potential to "displace" (for lack of better terminology) the ArA.

Guys, I I got this AMINOLINX By prosupps, but one of the ingredients is CISSUS QUADRANGULARIS EXTRACT (EST 2.5% 3-KETOSTERONE), So this supp is a NO NO while on ARA right?
Also, does glutamine has any negative impact on ara absorption?

You'll want to dose Cissus away from ArA.

Finally got hold of my frist 2 bottles of XGELS..since I have never taken ArA I decided to take it alone without anything stacked with it (apart from the normal protein shake etc)
I have been reading through the first few pages and got confused abit, I am going to start taking 1000mg (4pills) of Ara on workout days only, but what is the best time to take the dosage? I dont have a fixed time, my training time varies but I train around 4 times a week, 5 at most. It is said to take ArA either 45min preworkout of fasted (whats fasted?), usually I take a prewokrout meal, normally oats with milk, 45min-1hr before workout so should I take ArA exactly after the meal? or should I take it 15min before workout?

Just take the ArA when you arrive to the gym or during your warm up.
This right here. Nothing extreme, just dose much closer to your workout if you eat before hand

Atm im using PA in cap form, so if I want to use soy lecithin only as an emulsifier for ara, how many gram os oy lecithin should I minimum take then? I wont be using the soy lecithin because of the PA really...just more as an emulsifier since I take 5 caps of phospha muscle preworkout anyway
Poeple usually take around 6g GMA so I would say somewhere arouund that for soy lecithin if you are just going for the emulsifying properties. I take a full dose of lecithin though which varies from 15-30g.
After my 50 day run of ArA, should I go right away into adding fish oil back into my diet (I'll also be adding back Orange Triad multis)? The reason I ask is because I heard ArA might still be in the system, so if I avoid it for a little would it still be somewhat beneficial or not really?

ArA saturation will still be present once you end the dosing. I would hold off for a few weeks on adding fish oil back in.
Will fishoil displace ArA that has already been taken up by muscle tissue? I dont know myself, so I too would err on the side of caution and hold off dosing for a bit longer.
