How much are you up on weight and how has strength been.

I finished an ARA run (10 weeks) last week , ended up from 62kg to 72kg (22lbs)

I'm on day 20 which is end of 4th week and i am up 2-3 pounds and strength has gone up 100 pounds on leg press, 40 pounds on bench, 10 pounds on bicep curls with dumbbells and bar 10-15 pounds on DB shoulder press.

I am also stacking with Follidrone and using Bio-Gro which i find great for eliminating DOMS.

I am running at maintenance some days and 300-500 below on others and having a carb-re-feed once a week i have just finished a 4 week PCT so ARA has helped me keep all of my gains and make me feel better in PCT than on cycle.

Ara in pct is the best. Had me setting pr's beyond my cycle and feeling like I was still on with the pumps
 
Do you dose a half hour before your workout? Or what

I take PA first, fasted, followed by ArA 20min later with PWO. Then arrive at gym 25-30min later. By time I start workout it's all ready to go!

Random question, starting my xgels today and was wondering if I should use baby aspirin with it like original post stated. If so, when do I take the aspirin?

Yessir. It is to replace carnitine. I take it with my dose for convenience
 
I sometimes use high volume which has GMS but also take LCLT for other reasons... No reason not to use both, right?

The GMS in high volume is micronized so its effects in Ara emulsification are actually not very good.

But you wont need aspirin if you use LCLT

I tried PA, Xgels and High volume and it was too much for leg day. I dont train arms by themselves but the pump I get from chins/ pullups would prob stop me from getting a good back workout lol

I will most likely try this combo soon. Running X-Gels and SL already, just need to grab so HV :D
 
High Volume is one awesome pre workout i have been stacking it on chest and back days with ARA and PA, one scoop gives nice pumps combined with 2 iForce Potassium Nitrate caps and 2 scoops gives me much more power and provides extra endurance and makes my arms feel like they are going to explode. I am going to get Hemavo2 Max soon and compare it to High Volume, I have tried Maxout which was awesome and let me set new PB's on Flat Barbell Bench-press & Dumbbell Pullovers.
 
Any of you have sore elbows, today is day 30 of my X-Factor Cycle and elbows were providing soreness after heavy scull crushers yesterday, I am also having worse soreness after workouts now.
 
Sore elbows and knees... But I'm 42 and stopped my fish oil for this run. Only downside of ArA.

Literally just finished squats and sitting on leg press with knees achy as ****.

Definitely the ArA causing sore joints even though it has added omegas to help elevate joint pain.

I hate skull crushers for that very reason; horrible for joints. JM press and close grip for me :D
 
Alright, it's about time I came back to good old ArA since it was one of the first successfull natty anabolics I ran. Is it okay to run ArA with Laxogenin (something with anti-inflammatory properties?) and is it okay if I use an intra carb workout drink with ArA? I train fasted so what might end up happening is this:

45 mins pre workout - ArA
15 Mins pre-workout - Sip on carb drink

Then I sip on it throughout the workout. Will this cause problems/inefficiencies?

From what I've read/skimmed, Laxogenin is a potent anti-inflammatory. So I would either dose it as far away from ArA as possible or not run them together.

Intra-workout carbs are fine with ArA.
 
So I stumbled upon many articles claiming ARA can cause erectile dysfunction which isn't good for guys going through pct. what truth is there to this?

Be mindful there is a difference between 1-2g supplemental ARA and constant elevation of ARA when someone is a prolonged inflammatory state. This is VERY important for people to consider and remember as the two are not one in the same

I've run it once with no issues, just wanna make sure I'll be good with no issues again.
