How much are you up on weight and how has strength been.
I'm on day 20 which is end of 4th week and i am up 2-3 pounds and strength has gone up 100 pounds on leg press, 40 pounds on bench, 10 pounds on bicep curls with dumbbells and bar 10-15 pounds on DB shoulder press.
I am also stacking with Follidrone and using Bio-Gro which i find great for eliminating DOMS.
I am running at maintenance some days and 300-500 below on others and having a carb-re-feed once a week i have just finished a 4 week PCT so ARA has helped me keep all of my gains and make me feel better in PCT than on cycle.
So taking the fearn with the Ara won't negate the effects?

I tried PA, Xgels and High volume and it was too much for leg day. I dont train arms by themselves but the pump I get from chins/ pullups would prob stop me from getting a good back workout lol

Alright, it's about time I came back to good old ArA since it was one of the first successfull natty anabolics I ran. Is it okay to run ArA with Laxogenin (something with anti-inflammatory properties?) and is it okay if I use an intra carb workout drink with ArA? I train fasted so what might end up happening is this:
45 mins pre workout - ArA
15 Mins pre-workout - Sip on carb drink
Then I sip on it throughout the workout. Will this cause problems/inefficiencies?

Be mindful there is a difference between 1-2g supplemental ARA and constant elevation of ARA when someone is a prolonged inflammatory state. This is VERY important for people to consider and remember as the two are not one in the same
