In all seriousness though; anyone experience any odd cramping and tendon stiffness near the end of an ara run? Have been having some odd symptoms the last day or two.
 
Nah I always feel amazing on cycle! Just have bloat with more potent compounds! Can't wait to try xfactor tho!
 
Well I think I'm gonna start straight up at 1.5 grams the last week of my DMZ cycle.
 
I know it says 45 minutes pre workout faster but like you mentioned if you have a pre workout meal when with experience is the best time to take it? I feel so ****ty if I don't eat before lifting so any suggestions from you guys that have used it?!

36 here, been lifting a very long time. Seen supplements come and go and was extremely skeptical of this stuff. I've been taking ArA for a week now and here's what I've noticed.

  • Muscle cramping post workout (rarely get this with my routine anymore)
  • Fatigued muscles at end of workout (again rare)
  • DOMs (haven't had good ones in years, I don't take a day off year-round)
  • Can stretch further than usual
How I know this stuff is definitely doing something...

  • LCL Tear Grade 1 (3 months ago) - hurts like a S.O.B.! Increased swelling/tightness like I re-injured it.
  • Outer Bicep Tendon Tear (years ago) - starting to hurt. I've received cortisone for this before and it's clearly hurting now.
I don't think the increased pain and swelling is necessarily something bad, yet. Just something to be mindful of and that ArA is definitely causing inflammation. I'd have to get into detail as to how the injuries respond while playing sports, but it doesn't feel terrible, yet. This is speculation, but I'm hoping the increased joint pain will signal more healing to these areas and maybe speed up healing a little.
 
2nd day on ARA.. Pumps are so bad I can't bench or incline any weight -_- wow the pumps are ridiculous
 
lol yeah, Ive found ArA pumps the best (most extreme) Ive ever experienced
these are better for me than DMZ.. Obviously not the strength but pumps thus far
 
Would e a bad idea to take Aromistabe at 25 mg after my workout to reduce cortisol spike in pct while on ARA?
 
ARA helped me keep all my weight and strength in my PCT along side creatine and some other pct supps. I expected to lose a little something but lost nothing! Thanks ARA

deff making me feel just as big! But do you think Aromistane at 25 mg would be a good idea?! No versed on AIs bc I've never had to use them luckily (knock on wood)

Doesn't have to be dosed post workout but I believe you should have an AI included for PCT (DMZ run) anyways.

I am dealing with this exact issue right now, so I'll give you my experience. I usually liked to eat about an hour before the gym, and always felt stronger doing so. But once I started ArA a couple weeks ago I wanted to maximize it's effect so I stopped having that meal and was only taking the X Gels and Conqu3r with Vital1ty about 30 minutes PWO and let me tell you, I don't miss the meal. I workout during the week after work. Eat a good lunch at noon to hold me over with some good carbs in there, get off at 3:30 and hit the gym. So like 4 hours since my last meal, but the supplements are doing their job!!
 
literally so hyped to start up my ArA run. copped 3 bottles of x gels gonna dose it at 1.5g on workout days alongside GMS and ALCAR. anyone know offhand the dosage for those two guys ? ik that i have to dose it at the same time as the ara and to do so about 45 mins pre workout. Also i should do this on an empty stomach correct? Is it okay if i have eaten hours prior? or is that a no go

GMS dose recommended: ~6g
Aspirin dose recommended: <81mg. Note that you use EITHER aspirin or Carnitine as they both do the same thing.

what I did was I warmed up a little and took them and right wjen I went to bench I got so pumped it hurt , couldn't even finish my bench. Tried to push through but my last set was terror. Good ass pump tho!!

First run i was doing intermittent fasting as its suggested to take ara fasted. Is this still the case? Second, since ive ran before what are some other things i can stack to make this run more effective. Currently 5'10 185 bf about 17. Bench 155x5, squat 225x5, deadlift 275x5. Thanks for the help

Yes, try to dose ArA in a fasted/empty stomach state pre-workout.

AnaBeta Elite or MyoSynergy would go great with ArA. Magnitropin is getting good feedback but I haven't had the chance to run it yet.

doesn't epi have anti-inflammatory properties? Idk forsure but that's why I didn't throw EP1C in my PCT with ARA. If not I'll throw it in bc I got great results on it.

It does but the doses used aren't significant enough to have a negative impact on ArA.

Thanks for the advice. im trying to get down to 175 before i bulk back up. Any suggestions on a cutting stack to get there more quickly? ive ran alphamine and norcodrene before. Started out at 200 and am finding the last 10 lbs hardest to lose, which was to be expected.

A drop in calories or introduction of cardio or a bit more cardio.
 
I went through several pages of this post and couldn't find the specific answer to my situation. I'm current taking myosynergy (week 3) and planning on throwing in XFA. My problem is the "dose fasted" recommendation. Due to my work schedule I have a pre-wo meal (~300-400 cals, 40g protein) 1-1.5 hrs before I workout alongside a shake of 2g creatine hcl, 3.2g beta alanine, 5 g citruline & 150mg caffeine. I will be adding 2g l-carnitine and gms into the mix when I start XFA as well. ~5-7g BCAAs intra with 5g of peptopro.

My questions are:
- Are there any conflicts with my pre-wo supp regime & XFA?
- If I have that meal ~1hr prior to my workout could I pop the XFA right when I start to exercise and be ok?
- is there a conflict with greens supplements and/or probotics?
- should I dose xfa on days I just do cardio or abs?

I've been eating PWO and taking my ARA after a small warmup and I'm still getting stellar pumps so your advice in that was cored t this far!
