I am dealing with this exact issue right now, so I'll give you my experience. I usually liked to eat about an hour before the gym, and always felt stronger doing so. But once I started ArA a couple weeks ago I wanted to maximize it's effect so I stopped having that meal and was only taking the X Gels and Conqu3r with Vital1ty about 30 minutes PWO and let me tell you, I don't miss the meal. I workout during the week after work. Eat a good lunch at noon to hold me over with some good carbs in there, get off at 3:30 and hit the gym. So like 4 hours since my last meal, but the supplements are doing their job!!
