Starting at 1.5g daily 3x a week. Then after seeing how it affect me I will be at 1.25g 4-5 days a week . I'm only 165 so.

1.5 was good. At your weight it'll def be more than enough. You could probably get away with 1g yea go gradually. I saw your post on using ARA.
 
How bad would it be to exceed 50 total workouts? I started off at 1g for the first ~1/3 of the run, then bumped it to 1.25g, and now at 2g for the last 15-17 workouts. After about 2-3 doses at 2g, I feel like it's the sweet spot. I'm gonna I have some X-gels left over, could I extend it another couple weeks or should I stop at 50? I am stacking it with ABE, and it's my first time running both products. ABE runs out in a couple days though.

Couple more weeks will be fine man...I normally dose 1-1.5g for 3 bottles worth...depending how much I work out in any given week, can go upwards of 60+ days...

50 workout days is our recommendation given the safety studies went for 50 days consecutively. Its not like you will go 51 days and then die ;) its just us ensuring that the product is safe and as we only know its safety up to this point, suggesting further is not a good idea. In saying that, I too ran 3 bottles at 2g and have only just developed a 3rd arm.

You say no reason but any chance it's an old meniscus issue flaring up? I have a bud who messes up his bursa sac slot as well and from the swelling you would think he blew an ACL. I say RICE and keep an eye on it for now. Do take circumference measurements for a more accurate objective view as well
 
Thanx for a reply , I'm a carpenter so it may be a wear and tear ( I'm 36 so I'm a old prick hehe) also I did mess my ankle 6 or 7 months ago . I'm just wondering if such short ara use could be responsible , and as I sad I'm hoping that it is not a case. I got quite a stash hehe

Lol I hope not but it is a risk ya take with such a thing. Keep us updated as I'm sure your not the only one to experience this

Thanks dude! Looking for a killer mass/recomp stack in Nov. using ArA, -(-)Epi, and hopefully cardiotrix?(can't think of the name atm). Should be quite a beast of a combo
 
That's the thing I'm running foli , 4 weeks in I added ara and I was like ,, that's gonna be good,, and next think my knee gave up ! such is live haha . Have yourself a good evening and good luck with the stack.

I wouldnt say Ara is the cause, but may well prolong recovering. Id say youve done something to it
 
That's how I see it , can't imagine such small amount of ara could trigger something like that , I did discontinued ara right away , thanks for your time .

There is certainly a point of about a week or two after an ArA cycle where the user essentially still feels like they are "on". This is due to the high levels of ArA bound in the muscle, and as they are depleted over time you'll feel that effect less, obviously. In that way it's one of few supps that works even after you stop using it.

With that in mind, I'd wait at least a week before reintroducing them.
 
Starting first run of ara on Monday! Stacking with ep1c (been on for 5 weeks) and picked up some CL carnmore in the nutra sale.

That price on Carnmore is great, CL does it right.

You'll love your first go of ArA. It was the first supplement I used that I noticed nearly immediate changes to my body composition... got me hooked on the BBing lifestyle once I started getting compliments from the girls haha.

Also GMS is making me feel nauseous. I can still get all benefits from ara without gms right?

Stick with 1 gram. Only a week in, still got about 2 weeks before it fully kicks in.

You don't need GMS with ArA.

You may not need to bump the dose up at all. If you want to, I would go up one cap at a time to find your sweet spot.

^^this...I've done 1g max runs before and still had positive results and really only add GMS when I have it on hand, but as bayne pointed out, not a necessity...

I can do that lol. Heading in about an hour for first workout with ara for deads + chest/shoulders/traps and some post workout bike HIIT. Dosing 1.5g bc Im only taking it 3x a week. I don't want to take it on my squat+leg day bc my legs don't need growth lol

A large portion of ArA's benefit comes from saturation/long-term absorption into muscle cells; the preworkout protocol is more about uptake than it is about immediate consumption. The ArA you take for today's workout will be affecting the inflammation, growth, and repair for the next several workouts--probably up to a couple of weeks. So you won't be able to target muscle groups quite so precisely ;)

Only one workout down but I have mild doms in my chest for the first time in at least a year. I wish I had it in my shoulders though! Back and bis later today i can't wait

Add some high rep tension work to create some metabolic chaos and you'll be crying yourself to sleep from the pain

Yea the program I'm running is 12 weeks and will really kick up the volume in 3 weeks hitting back and shoulders twice a week. It doesn't call for super sets or x reps but I usually throw them in instinctively. I can't wait

This. The results are primarily cumulative. Taking it pre workout doesnt have the effect of taking a preWO supplement, but is rather recommended in order to enhance the uptake of this vital macronutrient to skeletal muscle.

This is it right here. We wanted to make a thread where users could get the absolute most out of Xgels/ Xfactor but it is by no means the only way to do things. We are confident that results will show without the additional extras but for those who like the maximise everything, it is another way to do so :D
 
I got about 5 workouts left at 1.5g

I haven't been enthusiastic about "bonus/enhancement" supplements (ie, something beyond protein/health) for awhile, but the ARA and ABE combination has been serving me well. I am definitely for ordering them again. Maybe scratch ABE and try straight forskolin if I could get it for much cheaper and just to compare.

Or maybe keep the standard ABE dose and up the forskolin a bit haha :P
 
How have your results been? This is mt stack in 2 months.

Also does intra calories effect ara at all I'm talking maybe 4-6 grams protein, 10-15 gram AA?
 
Does anyone else burp up the TASTE during workouts? No oil comes up but I get the taste with burps until I end up eating something. (Fasted training)
 
this is interesting debating trying this out however i usually have a meal before lifitng bananas and protein powder and then take a preworkout right before i leave for the gym

how does this work added with preworkouts

Take the caps 30-60 minutes following your meal. So do a small warmup at the gym and pop the caps you'll be good
